You're using your mind to do these techniques. You're using your mind to think of or think from your desire.
You're using your mind to study

manifestation. You're trying to open the subconscious mind and you're trying to figure out how to do that with the conscious mind.
Get the mind out of the manifestation process. What do I mean by this?

So if you want to know what manifestation is, if you're new, if you don't understand how you can manifest without the mind being the mechanism that gets you to fulfillment,

first you have to understand manifestation is a process of alignment, allowing and trusting in God, source, universe, whatever you want to call it, the infinite power and intelligence that is you living within you. All right?
So it's not your conscious self, right?

When I say I am God or you are God or every single one of us is God, I don't mean this fleshy human sack of bones. Okay, when I say that, it scares my mom, but it's very true.
I am God. You are God.
We are all God. Okay?
But we're

here playing a role. And right now, your role is an ego.
It's a personality that thinks it can figure out manifestation. All right?
And this doesn't mean that you can't become a conscious creator and get in alignment and step into the flow

where everything you desire and more flows to you. In fact, that's what I'm guiding you to in this video.
But you have to understand that it's not something that the mind can control. It's a simple mistake and it's a mistake we all make.
Even if you're, you know,

experienced, your mind, your ego will try and take control of the process. You'll have visualization work a couple times or work in certain instances but completely fail or get you the opposite result in other scenarios.
That was me when I first started manifestation. And

this continued to happen until I started to understand the key that is detachment. Detachment is taking the mind out of the manifestation process.
Detachment is not manifesting like a human. You are manifesting as a center of

consciousness. Everything all around us, whatever we experience, whoever we talk to, absolutely everything coming through the senses, the five senses, is made up of energy and at an even smaller level that science can't show yet, consciousness.

So you are not separate from anything in this world, including everything you desire. So what we're doing isn't visualizing so that we can attract to us some specific scenario, right?
We aren't getting into alignment with the vibration to bring it to us. We

aren't repeating an affirmation to hammer it into the subconscious mind so that the subconscious can then express it. I thought that's what we were doing when I first started this years ago.
But I've come to understand that you have a core vibration or an essence to

yourself, deeper than the ego, deeper than the personality, and it's your true self. It is God.
It already knows everything you want better than you could possibly know.

You don't have to impress whatever you desire into the subconscious mind and hammer it in. In fact, that kind of obsession or obsessive type affirming 10,000 times or scripting, writing it down until your bones crack,

it's too forceful. If you and I are actually God, what are we doing forcing all these techniques?
Why do some people think that the more you do techniques, the more often you spend visualizing, let me, you know, spend 20 hours a day

visualizing in my bed. No, get up, have some coffee, get something to eat.
Don't do that. You don't have to try so hard.
It doesn't make sense for someone who is God to try so hard to manifest something. But what you have to do is eliminate thoughts of fear, worry,

doubt, impatience. You don't have to fight off the negative.
You don't have to force the positive, but get rid of fear, worry, doubt, and impatience. And one of the easiest ways to do that is to stop manifesting with the mind.
Now, this may take some meditation. Oh no, you want to

do all these techniques. You want to do 10,000 affirmations, but you can't sit down and meditate for 5 minutes.
Yes, you can. So, five, 10, 15, you might even learn to love it.
Sitting there, just watching the breath. Okay?
Breathing through the nose.

Inhaling, you feel the coolness of the air. Exhaling, you feel the warmth of the air.
The mind will wander. Something, a thought will come up.
Soon as you catch it and you notice yourself thinking, bring it back to the breath. All right?

Or another style, you're sitting still, close the eyes where someone, no kids, no animals, no one's going to bug you 5, 10, 15 minutes, and you do the same thing, but instead of watching the breath, you're repeating, I am, I am, I am. Just focusing on presence

in this meditation. And every time the mind tries to bring up something and have something shiny to pull you away or makes you want to pull your phone out and see if someone's texted you or check social media, you notice it and you don't go along with it.
You immediately let it go and you

return to I am. I am.
I am. And as you do this, you are increasing your attention span, increasing your awareness, right?
Which is a quality of consciousness. And everything is consciousness.
So, as you do this,

you're going to be more aware of when your mind is trying to make you manifest like a human. All throughout the day, you're going to notice when you are feeling perfectly well and good, perfectly fulfilled and satisfied in the present moment, and then a thought creeps in, oh, I need to do this to get

that thing. I need to do X to get Y.
I need to work hard or I need to think about these problems. If thinking about problems was the answer, the world wouldn't have any problems.

If thinking about our problems was the way to solve them, the world wouldn't have any problems. But that is the opposite of true, right?
Look at the world today. So, we know that's not the answer.
We know sitting there and thinking about it, mulling

over it, isn't going to get you what you want. So, surprisingly, we do it backwards.
We stop thinking about it. As soon as you're aware of a problem or something you desire to manifest, God knows it too.
Because God, source, universe, higher self, whatever you want to call it, is not separate from you.

The subconscious mind is not separate from you. So the minute you notice something like, oh, this room is too cold, the subconscious mind already knows we would like a warmer room.
You don't have to impress it with repetition

of any kind. The ideal thing to do is just to figure out most importantly how would you feel if you had what you want already?
You've had it for two years. How would you feel?
Would you be feeling

free, happy, thankful, secure, loved, expansive, successful? What is it?
And if you don't have a clear read on that, maybe do a technique or two in one of your meditations. that you're hopefully doing

daily. Do one technique.
If you want to repeat an affirmation or something like that, you can repeat the word success, success, success. So there's no resistance like saying I am successful.
Your brain will beat you up and say no you're not. So you can just repeat the

word that'll work or you find a visualization. I like if I'm going to do it because I hardly do techniques now that I'm so deep in detachment.
I like to imagine a phone call. You don't even need the visual aspect, just the auditory.
Can you hear voices in your

mind? Can you have a conversation with a close friend or loved one about the wonderful news?
How you enjoy that ideal job that you've had for 6 months already? About how your wonderful marriage is going?
About how you've never had so much financial freedom in

your life and you're really enjoying your time in Bali? Whatever it is.
Okay. But once you get into the feeling, you're going to decouple the scene.
That is the thing, the elucory 3D representation of what you think you want, right? The mind thinking

from the feeling, which is truth. We're manifesting without the mind.
We're going to separate that feeling, decoupling it from the idea of the thing, the elucory thing that we think we want because all of 3D is dead. All of 3D, everything coming through the senses is an illusion.

And once you figure that out, you're going to take things off the pedestal. It's not going to be so important.
You realize that when you honor and find and make a habit of the feeling and you make it natural to feel that success, that joy, that love, whatever it is, it's

There was a point I wanted the brand new iPhone 17 Pro. I don't have that thought anymore

because I've had it for over a month now. It wouldn't make sense for me to think about it whatsoever.
So, I don't think about it. It's just a phone.
It's just there in my pocket. All you have to do is have it.
My wife came up with that one. I really love it.
All you have to do is have it. It is done.
So, what are

you doing thinking about it? Positive or negative.
Positive thoughts do not speed it up. We've been trained that law of attraction style.
We think the more we positively think, we're going to attract the posit. It doesn't work like that.
And if you believe that, then you're going to fear negative thoughts because

you think as they come up naturally in this crazy human life with the ups and downs that we experience, you're going to think you're attracting negative things. But it doesn't have to be that way.
You don't have to fear negative thoughts and you don't have to force positive ones. Same with emotions.
You don't have to fear negative emotions and

But you start to realize that the more you remain neutral and present, fulfillment becomes effortless. That's what detachment is.
Presence equals fulfillment.

A lot of people get that wrong. And I think it's time that we get out of this idea that it's a logical process.
It is not. Take the mind out of it.
Use the mind for simple things like doing math or maybe your day job. But when it comes to

manifestation, something powerful, spiritual like this, don't let the monkey mind into it. It only knows fear.
It only knows control. This is something that you have to trust and you have to allow.
It's the opposite of fear. It's opposite of control.
It's opposite of

doing. Any action, if necessary, is going to be automatic when you focus on feeling fulfilled at least 50% of the time, making it completely natural.
And stay in the present moment. Feel yourself breathing.
