In this video, I'm going to show you step by step exactly how you can go from making zero to5 to $10,000 a month with Tik Tok Shop Affiliate, even if you're starting from scratch. I'm making this because honestly, I'm tired of seeing videos from people who clearly don't know what they're talking about.

Videos

00:15

that legitimately waste your time and just don't work. Tik Tok Shop Affiliate didn't just make me money, it changed my entire life.

It freed me from a job where I felt trapped working endless hours just to get by to a life where I work a few hours a day, get to watch my kids grow up, and finally have some peace of mind. And it's not just me.

It

00:30

changed Bryce's life, too, letting him quit his draining 9 toive job after making $60,000 in a single month. And Austin, who started in August and has already made $120,000 while he was still in college.

Even Stephanie, who is literally a stay-at-home mom, who managed to earn an

00:46

extra $53,000 from home while taking care of her kids in the last 6 months. And there's dozens more people just like you who've completely changed their lives with exactly what you're about to learn today.

This free course contains information that can genuinely alter your future. So, put away your phone, remove the distractions, and lock in for

01:03

the next hour. This is my longest, most detailed video yet, and I promise every single minute will be worth it.

Let's just get into it. All right, so let's just hop right into it.

This is going to be my 2025 Tik Tok shop affiliate course. Now, this is going to be a little bit more casual, less edited.

We're going to go through a lot of

01:18

information here. So sit back, get a drink, let's hang out, and let's go through all of this because I want to teach you everything that I know about Tik Tok shop affiliate so that you can come away at the end of this course knowing every single thing that you need to know to be able to utilize this for yourself.

Number one, what is Tik Tok

01:33

affiliate? Well, Tik Tok affiliate is a form of affiliate marketing.

And then that brings up the next question. Well, what is affiliate marketing?

You see, affiliate marketing is a marketing model where thirdparty creators called affiliates promote companies products or services and receive a commission for each sale. Tik Tok shop affiliate is a

01:50

form of affiliate marketing and is the most profitable method from 2025 onwards. And I can explain.

So Tik Tok shop affiliate marketing, what is it? Basically what you're doing is you're selling other brands products for commission.

When a customer buys a product through your link on a video, you get a commission on every single one

02:06

of those products that are sold. For example, if there was a $20 mic stand that was for sale on the Tik Tok shop and I wanted to affiliate for that and they were offering 20% commission for that, my commission on that $20 sale would be $4.

So, if I were to sell a hundred of those on a video, I would make $400. Hopefully, that makes sense.

02:23

That's the basics of how it works, and we'll get a lot deeper into it moving forward. You see, Tik Tok has a program that connects buyers and sellers.

They're competing with Amazon to become the king of online commerce. So, if you could imagine that Amazon and YouTube had a baby, that's essentially what Tik Tok shop is.

You have the product

02:39

marketplace that is all of the products that Amazon has or the different brands that list their products on Amazon. Then you have the content creation powerhouse that is YouTube and the algorithm that knows how to connect that content to viewers who want to watch.

Tik Tok shop is essentially all of that in one. So, there's the products and the videos and

02:54

the marketing all baked into one package that makes it easy for you as an affiliate to make videos that people will end up seeing, which essentially will turn into conversions. Hopefully, it's making a little bit more sense.

Now, let's keep going through it. You see, the best part is is that there's no friction at all.

The buyer doesn't have

03:09

to leave Tik Tok to buy a product like they do on Instagram, like they do on YouTube. That's always how it's been through short form video sales is it would link to a Shopify or a different account.

But here on Tik Tok, you can purchase directly in the app itself. Whereas in something like drop shipping,

03:25

the buyer would have to click a link, change the tabs, go to the website. There's a lot more steps that the buyer has to go through.

And every time there's a step that they need to go through, they're going to lose more and more people into that process. It's called friction, and it happens across anything.

Anytime you need people to

03:40

click a link, you want to take them to the exact page that they want to go to instead of needing to click through two or three where you're going to lose more and more people. That's why you can see sales as much as $5,000 from a single video if it only reaches 500,000 or a million views on Tik Tok.

Whereas

03:56

before, if I did that on Instagram and I got a million views and people clicked through, I might only end up getting a couple hundred from that exact same style of video because they're having to first click onto Shopify and then go to the purchase section and buy the product. Hopefully that's making a little bit more sense and we're starting

04:11

to paint a picture of why this is so valuable and why this is a new thing that's a little bit separate from how it was on Instagram, how it was on YouTube and it's this new world of social commerce. Essentially buying products from videos without having to leave the platform itself natively right there.

04:26

You can see people use the product. You can ask questions in the comments or in the live stream section and then you can buy the product if you like it directly in the app.

And all of the marketing for affiliates is handled by Tik Tok itself. So, for example, I have one of my accounts here, and let's just click on one of my videos and see how easy it

04:42

would be for someone to buy that product. Let's say I click on this one right here, and it's talking about how to stream with a console on your PC.

So, then I can see that right there, that little orange shopping cart button. If I click that, all I have to do is go in and hit buy now or add to cart, and I can immediately purchase this product

04:58

without ever leaving the app. So, if I click buy now, it's going to immediately take me to the page where I can purchase it directly inside of Tik Tok.

And let's go through another video right here that I ended up doing really well on. This one is about a gaming microphone.

We'll see that exact same orange shopping cart there. If we click on it, staying in the

05:13

app completely, I can add it to my cart or I can purchase it now. Now, I will talk about this a little bit later, but hopefully that gives you a little bit of information of how the actual process works.

So, now we can go into breaking down how to actually do it, what the whole entire thing is, and getting into a little bit more of the details maybe of like what live streaming is as well.

05:30

So, I'm going to pull up my phone right here and show you my first ever successful video using the Tik Tok Shop affiliate program that I did not expect to go viral at all, but you can hear it for yourself and see what I did here. This video ended up making me over $30,000 from this one video alone, and

05:45

it only has $3.7 million views. So, let's watch it together.

All right, the $600 Shore SM7B podcast mic that you see on every podcast and every stream ever versus the $25 Tik Tok shop. So, right there, I'm comparing the $600 SM7B to

06:01

the $20 Tik Tok shop affiliate mic. Now, I'm going to go in a little bit later on why I said $600, why I'm comparing it to the SM7B, things like that, because that's part of the hook section that we'll be getting into, but you can see I'm just starting off the video in a way that people know exactly what I'm talking about, so they know what to

06:17

expect in the video. No surprises or anything here.

Mike, I'm going to let you guys just use your ears and decide which one you think is better. I'll be cutting back and forth between the audio.

I'm gonna let you guys use your ears and see which one you think is better. And I'll be cutting back and forth between the audio.

And one thing I didn't do on purpose was I didn't say mic A, mic B on the screen because I

06:33

wanted people to realize how close these actually are that they cannot hear a difference between a multi00 microphone and a $20 microphone. Is there a $500 difference between the two of these?

Now, as someone who is desperately trying to get everyone to move away from headset Now, I bring up another pain point here. As someone who's desperately

06:49

trying to get people to move away from headset mics because if you didn't know, I ran a music studio for 10 years and I cannot stand the sound of headsets drives me insane. And while I was being a live streamer on the side, I used to have friends that would play the game with me over their headset mic and it was driving me insane.

It's actually what made me get this product for this

07:06

first video and decide to even try Tik Tok Shop affiliate because I didn't understand the power of it. I just saw I could get a microphone for free and I knew I had to make a video for it to be able to fulfill that sample.

When I got the microphone, I genuinely liked the sound and I knew exactly the video I was going to make. I was going to compare it to the most famous microphone of all

07:22

time, the SM7B mics. All of these are terrible.

Either of these mics are going to be a hundred years better than any headset mic. I don't care if you spent $1,000 on your headset.

Yes, I'm now here I'm adding in more controversy into the video. I don't care if you spend $1,000 on your headset.

This $20 mic is going to be better than that by a lot.

07:38

Like, I'm making it so that everyone wants to go into the comments and say, "Not my headset. Not my headset.

Not my headset." when really all I'm doing is trying to show off the benefit of the product while making my opinion on it very clear. I don't have to overly sell the product.

I'm just explaining and showing in real time the benefits of it

07:53

looking at you who always tells me not my hoods and then I get feedback loops and I can hear everything in your room except you. This one has that gamer vibe, has the RGB, you can turn it up and down the Now I'm showing features of the product.

This one has that gamer vibe. It has the RGB, the colors that you can, you know, turn up and down.

You can change the colors colors. You can

08:09

change them. Um, and there's a physical mute switch.

But again, it's about the sound quality here. Which one do you think sounds better?

If you're building a streaming setup, are you going to want to So, but it's about sound quality here. Which one do you think sounds better?

If you're building a streaming setup, are you going to want to spend the extra $500 to get this one, or you just going to want to get this one for

08:25

$20 and focus the rest of that money somewhere else? Spend the extra $500 and get this one, and then also the XLR cables, the audio interface, and learn how to use it.

Or do you just want to get something that can plug USB directly into your PlayStation, Xbox, or PC? My honest review is I'm pretty amazed for the price.

I could fill a whole room

08:40

full of the My honest review is I'm pretty amazed for the price. That's a simple simple easy statement that gives some of that authority that I built on earlier a lot more weight for the price of this.

And the average person is never going to be able to tell the difference between this one and this one. A trained ear can, but like is it going to make a

08:57

difference in your clip when you hit a crazy head? And now I'm pointing out why you shouldn't spend $500 on the other one.

Because at the end of the day, you're just streaming. As long as your quality is good enough to where it's not bothering your audience, why would you spend hundreds of dollars more when you could get that same one for $20?

So, why is Tik Tok Shop Affiliate the best side

09:13

hustle or side gig of the decade and honestly probably going to become one of your main things moving forward once you start seeing the success that others have? Well, there are five key metrics that come into play when we're evaluating this.

There's the startup cost, there's the skill AQ, there's the profitability, there's the speed, and there's the fulfillment. Number one,

09:29

let's talk about the startup cost. How much does it normally take to start a business?

Now, I've tried so many businesses. I've probably started more businesses and failed them than most people will ever start in their life.

You see, I started a landscaping company. I ran a candy store out of my garage when I was a little kid.

Um, I

09:46

had a company where I fixed and built computers for people. I had a business where I tried to do drop shipping.

A business where I tried to do social media marketing. I had tried so many different things.

But Tik Tok Shop is different because it costs you legitimately nothing. There's already products that you have around your house

10:02

every single day that you don't realize people are making a ton of affiliate commission on. You probably have been sold products by people who are talking about them online, whether it's through brand deals, the company paying them directly, or some sort of affiliate process.

So, once you start looking around you and realizing that everything around you has a dollar sign attached to

10:18

it, and if you genuinely like a product, maybe you really like the Samsung devices, you could probably affiliate for this company. Obviously, with a big company like Samsung, you'd have to have a little bit of experience behind your belt, but there is so many products around you that you don't realize there are affiliate opportunities for.

Next, let's talk about the skill. What's the

10:34

amount of skills required to make money in this space? Well, almost none.

A lot of people tell me, "I'm too old. I don't know how to edit.

I'm not a content creator. I don't know this.

I don't know that." And I wish I could get through to them that that almost doesn't matter at all. Basically, there's a bar that you need to be above that quality on to make good enough videos that people want to

10:51

listen to. But the more that you just show your own personality, the more that people are going to connect with you.

The amount of people I've seen who are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s do crazy amounts of numbers using Tik Tok Shop affiliate when they had no clue how to make videos only a month before that is

11:06

crazy. It's because you don't need to be the best content creator.

You don't need to use fancy cameras like this or the one that I'm using right here. I do this because I love it.

because two of the businesses I ran was one I ran a music studio and one was a cinematography company where I would shoot music videos, short films, commercials, things

11:22

like that. So, I genuinely just love cameras.

It's it's my thing. I'm a nerd for it, okay?

But you don't need to have those skill sets to be able to do this space at all as long as you know how to use your phone enough to click record and you can learn from someone like me who will teach you how to edit the videos. And I'm going to do some of that

11:38

even in this video here. So, just stick with me and we'll get to that in a second.

But just trust me when I say at least for the next little bit that you don't need the skills that you probably think that you need to be able to make this work for yourself. And this is the most important metric to track because if the skill is too easy to learn, competition will be too high.

But high

11:55

competition equals lower prices. If everyone can do it, your business becomes a commodity.

And commodities are based on price, not value. Meaning that you will work for pennies.

And so you don't need to be able to edit. You don't need to be able to do all of this super technical complicated stuff.

But there are some things that people just don't

12:11

understand even when they've been trying to do it for a long time that keeps them held back. And those are the steps that I want to teach you how to do.

So we can actually focus on what works. Give you the skill sets that the other people don't have that aren't technical skill sets.

It's more about how to be yourself and speak on camera. But we'll get into

12:26

that more in a minute. How much money can be made from the business vehicle, which overall we could just call profitability.

Speed. How quickly can you scale to5 or $10,000 a month?

fulfillment, which is the process of delivering the product and service to the customer. And so, here's a quick rundown of the Tik Tok shop affiliate

12:42

model. Startup cost, literally zero startup cost.

All you need is a phone and the Tik Tok app. Skill.

This course will give you all the skills that you need to make $5 to $10,000 a month. That's why we're sitting down chatting about this for an hour and teaching you exactly how to do it.

Profitability. Tik

12:58

Tok Shop Affiliate has no cost except transaction fees. So, profit margins are upwards of 97% or more.

and speed. In this video, I'll show you the exact strategies that I used to make $2,000 from my first video, but people that I've helped who've done it even faster.

Some have made $10,000 in their first

13:15

month or even $500,000 in their first year. And finally, let's talk about fulfillment.

It's not the hardest thing in the world because I managed to make it work with a full-time job and a family. And then there's Boise Brooke, who's in our community and consistently makes over $100,000 a month, and she's in her 50s.

Anyone can do it with the

13:31

right knowledge and dedication. And I really want to focus on that word of dedication because that's the real step that it takes that most people are missing.

But the overarching reasons are this. Anyone can do this as a beginner.

You don't even need to have the product yourself. All you need to start is a phone and the Tik Tok app.

Access to

13:47

thousands of different products to sell. You can do this from anywhere in the world.

You can make money while you sleep or passive income if you want to look at it that way. And it doesn't require a ton of work once you crack the code to figure out how Tik Tok operates.

Now you know why Tik Tok shop affiliate is the best opportunity to build an

14:04

income. Let's get into how to make money from it.

Starting Tik Tok shop is as simple as one, you just need to create an account. Go into Tik Tok, create an account, link your email, so then you have a Tik Tok account ready to go.

I recommend you either starting a new account from scratch or if you have a personal account, we're going to change

14:20

it around a bit to focus more on really dialing in on the affiliate side of things. Two, we need to select a product.

So, we want to find the product that's going to fit what we know how to talk about, what we're already passionate about, or what we think could do very well. And then number three, we need to create content.

I'm going to teach you how to do that in here in a

14:36

little bit, but we need to create content that has the potential for virality so that people will want to watch it, want to click on it, want to comment on it, which will essentially lead to sales through that process. And four, we earn the commission.

From there, you just sit back, you see how much sales you make in a day, and you

14:51

repeat the process over and over again. Obviously, minus creating the account.

We just select new products, create more content, get the commission, select more products, create more content, get more commission. So, let's start by creating an account.

Here's how you're going to start a Tik Tok shop account and the current eligibility requirements. One,

15:08

you need to meet community guidelines, which essentially is just be 18 years old and don't break any of the rules. Two, you need to have a,000 followers or be selected for Tik Tok shops creator pilot program.

But realistically, getting a,000 followers isn't as difficult as you think. So the next

15:23

steps, you can either acquire an account with over a,000 followers or what I always recommend is growing an account to over a,000 followers. Then we can apply for Tik Tok shop and we will be in and ready to start making videos about products.

So business account versus a personal account. I wouldn't really

15:38

worry about this one too much. I would just start it and move on.

But to get into it a little bit, what is the difference? You see personal tax, use your personal details like your social security number once you're applying for shop.

And for business side, you're going to use your LLC or business's EIN. Now, again, you don't need to think

15:54

about this too much. You can always do this part a little bit later, but I just wanted to break that down because I know if people can go apply right now, they're going to immediately have the question of, well, do I use my SSN or my EIN?

I've done both and I don't notice a huge difference between the two. But honestly, that would be between you and your accountant of how you want to set

16:10

that up. I would say for the vast majority of people, 99 plus% just go with your SSN and move on.

And again, what's that best option for you? Well, when starting out, just use your personal info while building that affiliate income.

If you're more advanced, you already have a big business or as you grow your affiliate side of things. You'll probably work

16:26

with your accountant and they'll either set up some sort of an LLC or an escorp for you and you'll know when that time comes and then you can either start new accounts with your EIN or you can switch over. But I'm not going to go too deep into that here because again, I'm not a tax professional.

I am not a person that can give out financial advice like that.

16:42

I'm just saying here's the basics of how it works so that you know how to approach it. So, what's the difference between growing an account versus buying an account?

You see, so many people come to me and ask, "Do I should I buy an account or should I grow an account?" And I want to break this down here. You see, I never recommend the buying option.

It's out there. People do sell

16:58

accounts, but it comes with massive, massive risk. Now, anecdotally, from what I've seen over monitoring thousands of accounts and teaching so many people how to do this and talking with TikTok all the time, I would say upwards of 80 plus% of purchased accounts are gone or banned within the first six months.

So

17:13

all that money that you're spending, all that work that you're putting in essentially just gets stripped away from you. Now, some people do it and have success.

I'm not going to lie to you. I just personally would never recommend it because it also doesn't really teach you how to make better content and how to make content that people want to watch.

17:29

So hopefully that makes sense. But if you did want to purchase an account, one, you need to find a seller.

Find from someone whose account wasn't grown with processes that are against terms of service. Ideally, someone with account that was grown in your country that you're trying to do Tik Tok shop in.

It wouldn't help if the account was from

17:44

India and you're trying to sell in the UK or the US, if that makes sense, because it's going to be a lot harder to convert that following, get that algorithm back on your side. But number two, in that you need to choose an account with over 1,000 followers.

So, you'd have to find a seller that's selling Tik Tok accounts with over 1,000 followers, ideally over 5,000, so that

18:02

you don't have some of the beginning restrictions that start with Tik Tok Shop affiliate, like only being able to post five videos a week about products. Number three, we would want to match the account's location to ours like I just mentioned before because if you're in the US, you want to purchase a US-based account.

If you're in the UK, you want to purchase a UKbased account. Same with

18:19

Mexico, Canada, etc. And step four, you want to post consistently.

Maintain a regular posting schedule to keep your audience engaged so that we can really start to get that algorithm on our side and warm up that account. If you ever look into purchasing accounts, you'll hear a lot about that warming up thing.

Again, I never like this option. And

18:36

you'll never see me recommending this option, but I should talk about it because so many people are going to have questions about it. Now, number two, my favorite, growing accounts, which scares people, but it's really not as scary as you think, and you're simultaneously developing two skills at once.

Number one, we're going to choose our niche. Select a specific area of interest to

18:52

start and build out from. Number two, market research.

Research what your niche trends are, your competitors are doing. See what engages your target audience the best.

And I think this is where most people don't understand what to do. I don't know who I am.

I don't know what I would talk about. I don't even know what I'm interested in.

I'm boring. I'm this and that.

And I just

19:08

want to give you a little bit of a story here. When I was running my two businesses recently before I started doing Tik Tok shop and I was running a music studio and running a cinematography company, I thought my life was very boring and very mundane.

I live streamed on the side, but the rest of the time it was cameras and filming

19:24

things and editing and recording people and stuff like that. It just it was my normal life.

And it wasn't until I was talking to some of my friends and they were like, "Why aren't you making that your content?" Because at the time I was trying to make content essentially just trying to teach people uh like how to make music and things like that. And they were like, "Why aren't you showing

19:39

your lifestyle?" And I said, "I thought my life was boring. It's very mundane to me.

I almost never leave my house other than going to do client video shoots and stuff like that." But they kind of made it clear to me like it's new to me. And the amount of things I've seen where people think they have a boring, monotonous, quote unquote lame

19:56

lifestyle, but it really turns out to be something that people would want to watch. If you pay attention on social media, there are people that work at McDonald's that just have a camera showing them making the McDonald's sandwiches that will have hundreds of thousands of followers and millions of views.

There are people that the only thing that's really setting them apart

20:11

is that they live near a beach and so they just make videos on a beach. I don't think you realize that your lifestyle is something unique to you.

And that thread of being yourself and showing off your own lifestyle, you're going to see me keep talking about that essentially forever on this account because that was genuinely the point

20:27

that made me move from not really getting anything to work for me online to a massive difference where people are finally paying attention to my videos. I was making sales and stuff was working.

So when I stopped trying to be someone else and be myself. I know that was a rant, but let's get into step three.

You're going to start creating your content. You're going to want to create

20:43

quality content that resonates with your target audience. If you make content that is valuable to the viewer, they're going to reward you with whether it's a purchase on your product or a follower in this case on your account.

It does not have to take a long time to grow to a,000 followers. I personally have done

20:58

it in less than a week and I've seen so many others do it in less than one to two weeks. It's really not as complicated as you think once you understand how it goes and you start to understand that most people are making what I call, no offense, look at me content.

And I feel like I can only say that because I did it myself for a

21:13

decade. I didn't know what to post.

I would post random stuff. Here's my food.

Here's a little trend. Here's me giving an opinion on something.

But there was really nothing for the viewer. It wasn't until I started to really focus on where are my videos?

Where do they fit in? If I was a viewer, would I stop on my videos or would I just scroll past them?

21:30

Once I started to understand that, it all started to connect for me. Now, number four, we need to post consistently.

Tik Tok values consistency over all else. You could have a 100,000 followers like I do on one of my pages.

I stopped posting on it for months while I was growing some of my other pages and

21:45

it essentially died completely. Tik Tok, I've had conversations with them directly.

They don't care about your follower number. They care about consistency.

I would rather you post once a day for the next 6 months than post 38 times a day for a month and a half and give up. Even though you might end up having more videos done in the

22:02

second option, you're going to be better off in the f first option because Tik Tok values consistency that much. I always will recommend growing an account yourself.

So, let's dive deeper into exactly how you can do that yourself. Now, how to get your first 10,000 Tik Tok followers in seven days or less.

If

22:18

you follow this directly, you get out of your own way. You don't get yourself bogged down and confused.

Oh my gosh, what do I do? And you build that up.

Don't let that. Focus on this.

Join this with confidence. Do this being like, I understand what I need to do.

And approach it like that. Okay.

So, here's really what you need to do. You need to

22:34

find what you know how to talk about, what you're passionate on talking about, and find an area where that overlaps with stuff that people care about. You see, what we want to do is say, "We're really passionate about for for instance, in my case, cameras.

I know a lot about cameras. I watch a ton about

22:49

them." But if I just came on and said, "Here's my experience with a camera. Here's what I think about this camera." The likelihood someone's going to watch it is really low.

I want to find areas where this overlaps in that space with what people are already talking about. So, for example, this camera, the Sony FX3, is very popular.

If you're not a

23:06

camera person, don't don't worry about the details. But I'm just saying this camera almost always gets views the second you talk about it because it's everybody's dream camera.

It's what all the YouTubers are using right now. So, if I make a video saying why this YouTuber is using this camera, but you

23:21

probably should, or why this YouTuber is using this camera, but you probably shouldn't, or why is everybody on the internet using this camera when this other one exists that could be better. Anything like that that can cause a little bit of controversy.

Get people in the comments engaging. Get people to

23:37

know what your niche is exactly. That's what we need.

It could be about you love to cook. It could be about you have strong opinions on the newest episode of The Bachelor and you know all the different information about the people on the show and you want to give your conspiracy theories about what's going to happen next.

Anything that provides

23:54

value to the audience makes it a video for them, not necessarily for you. You want to put your passions into it, but once you release it, it needs to be packaged in a way that is valuable for them.

If you can do that and you can overlap that with stuff that people already care about. Maybe it's stuff

24:09

going on in the world, stuff going on in the news, or just stuff going on in that specific niche. Maybe there's some drama with the biggest chef in the world, and you talk about food, and you bring up that drama with that biggest chef.

Those are naturally going to get more engagement and more views. And if you want a little secret tip, you have no

24:25

clue what to do. I don't bring this one up often, but I've seen it work so much and so often, find things that everyone has an opinion on.

For example, I know someone who got 5,000 followers in two weeks by just posting videos about star signs. Now, I'm not someone that thinks

24:41

too much about whether it's Cancer or Sagittarius or Aries or this or that, but all of their videos that they made was essentially if you're a Sagittarius and you've noticed this, let me know in the comments. Things like that, it puts it on people.

It makes it connect with them. So when they see their star sign come up and it says if you're a

24:57

Sagittarius and you think that Aries are this type of a way, it makes you want to comment, "Oh my gosh, yes, I've seen that or no, that's not a thing." Engagement is what's going to help and providing value is going to want to make more people come onto your page and actually follow you. Does that make sense?

So hopefully that's connecting

25:13

with you a little bit to finally understand like, oh, it's not making random content about nothing. It's finding what people care about and talking about what I know about through what they care about.

I need to attach those two things together. I want to find the circle of what is the world thinking and caring about the person out

25:29

there, just what's on their mind. I need to take what I I need to take what I know about as well, and I want those to overlap in a way that I find that perfect middle ground.

If you can do that, you will grow followers very quickly regardless of what social media platform you're on, but especially on Tik Tok. But there is one other piece

25:46

that I really, really, really want to focus on, which is it's not just talking about what people care about. So people will get on and they'll say something about this and this about Trump or this and this about Biden or whatever, thinking that, oh my gosh, I'm just going to talk about the most um explosive topics to talk about and and

26:03

I'm just going to grow like crazy. But you have to find a way to get people to engage.

For example, I could make a video like this and say, you know, I don't really like ranch on my food, ranch dressing. You know, I'm more of someone that likes ketchup, but if you like ranch, it's, you know, good for you.

It is what it is. Um, but yeah, let

26:19

me know if you guys like a different sauce. Okay, that's option one for a video.

Next option two, and I only know because I've made a video like this in the past, is if I became president for a single day, the first thing I'm doing is whoever's bought ranch in the last 30 days straight to jail. I don't understand you guys.

You guys are a

26:35

different breed. Please explain to me how you've smelled ranch and you still decide to purchase it.

Let alone purchase it. you decide to eat it, we will never be the same.

Do you understand why option two is better? I'm not saying you have to be aggressive like me.

That's kind of my personalities. I like to poke fun and

26:50

stuff like that. But you don't have to be that way, but it's the intentionality behind it.

It's me standing firm in my opinion on the situation. So, people want to comment.

People are either going to join in and say, "Oh my gosh, yes, I hate ranch as well." Or they're going to want to say, "What are you talking about? Ranch is the greatest thing ever.

27:07

You're crazy." And I hope you can understand what I'm trying to paint this picture for you is make it valuable for the audience. Make it easy for the audience to click on the video and you'll fit right in.

I I hear this all the time where people say, "Yeah, once I get 50,000 followers, I want to make

27:22

videos like this." No, no, no, no, no. From day one, when we have zero followers, let's start by making videos that we would make if we had 50,000 followers.

Are we going to execute on it properly? No.

There's no chance our first video is going to be good. But our first video doesn't need to be the greatest video we've ever made.

It just

27:39

needs to be enough to start to get those gears moving, to start to get that momentum because we can build followers off of that relatively quickly and we can avoid the years that people spend like I did. It took me 8 years or something like that to get my first 5 10,000 followers.

Now, just last year

27:56

alone, I grew 15 accounts, one of them to over 180,000 followers and the lowest one at 5,000 followers. This is a process that works and it will work over and over and over again because you're finally tapping into what makes people watch on social media, which is it has to be valuable for them.

If you want a

28:12

quick tip, an idea, you're still like, I still have no clue what to do, but I just I need a little bit more help here. Okay, what you're going to do is on your phone, open up Tik Tok, you're going to swipe down from the top of your screen, and you're going to hit screen recording.

And you're going to record yourself scrolling on Tik Tok for 10

28:28

minutes. Okay?

Then save that. Tomorrow, come back into it.

Don't watch it right after the fact. Come back to it tomorrow and watch what videos you slow down on.

Watch what videos you stop on. And you will be surprised that the videos that you decide to watch are the ones that are valuable to you.

You don't you swipe

28:44

away from everybody else. You don't go, "Well, they worked hard on that video.

I should watch it because they were No, it's not how it works." But that's what we do to oursel. We work hard on a video, so we feel like, "Well, at least I made something." Pat oursel on the back.

But what we don't understand is if we're not packaging them properly, we're essentially doing all of this work for

29:00

nothing. We're putting so much effort and time to build something, but we're just kind of throwing it away at the end because we didn't package it in a way that anyone would watch it.

So then Tik Tok won't push it out because there's no engagement on it. So let me draw a little diagram here for you to make it make a little bit more sense so that you can understand this.

Now what we want to

29:17

do is we have two circles here, right? We want this overlapping section right here.

First, we have what people care about. I can't write, so that's something else you're going to learn about me.

What people care about. My handwriting is terrible.

Then we have what we know. It doesn't have to be

29:34

something you're an expert in, just something that you like, something you're interested in, something you're passionate about, or something that you're currently learning. And this area in the middle right here, that is going to be our zone where we want to focus on the most.

That area where those two things cross over each other is where

29:49

the magic happens when it comes to getting the most amount of followers. We match what we care and what we know about with what the world cares and knows about, and we package it in a way that is valuable to them.

Now, let me explain a little bit about how to do this to you. I'm not going to go too deep into it.

So, the way that we're going to do that to try to add the most amount of value in and actually create

30:06

videos that people want to watch are going to follow a basic structure. One, we need to have the hook of our video, the piece that gets people to pay attention.

If we don't have something strong in the beginning of the video, for example, if I start my video with, "Hey everybody, um, I got this new thing here and I wanted to talk to you about it and tell you what I think about it.

30:22

Um, it's really nice and let's break down why I think it's good." No one is watching that video. I I promise you it's just too there's nothing for them at the beginning of the video at all.

Nothing going on. But if I sat down and I started the exact same video with you are not going to believe what I just saw

30:38

at Target. Did you like Okay, lemonade.

Zero calorie lemonade. Like I understand not everyone cares about drinking their calories.

For me, I'm not trying to drink a million calories like I was when I was drinking soda all day. I can finally have lemonade.

That might be a

30:53

terrible example, but you can understand. I'm making it about them.

and they feel like they're involved with something. If I started off the video of me holding the camera and walking up to my wife and on the screen it says, "I can't believe I caught this on camera." That's something for people to go off if it builds curiosity in their head that they want to watch and pay attention to.

31:10

If I started off a video and said, "March 23rd of 2025 was one of the darkest days of my life and I just I want to break down for you what happened." Okay? It makes it easy for people to watch.

I'm not saying you have to be an actor. I'm not saying you have to know how to speak to a camera yet,

31:26

right? These are things that we're going to get to, but we need a strong hook in the video.

From the hook, the next thing that we want to get into is either the pain point of the video or the point of the video. So, we can just circle point.

We want to get to the point. Why are people watching this?

What is good about it? Maybe it's the final punch line of

31:42

it being funny. Maybe it's the story line.

We want to get to what is the point quickly. So, it's the hook that tells people, "Hey, stop scrolling essentially." And then we say, "What is the point of the video?" Then at the very end of that, we want to do the call to action.

This is where we simply

31:58

mention that they could follow or we say, "Hey, if you want to learn more about this, like I would love to have you a part of this community." Whatever we do, we need to tell them that they can follow us because sure, some people might follow without paying attention, but if we just let them know, it doesn't have to be over the top. Just a quick like, if you guys want to hear more

32:13

about this story, you know, give this page a follow. I'm going to be making more videos like this.

Is all that you need to do to remind people that it's there. It's a very simple three-step process.

It doesn't have to be difficult, but you're going to hear this word over and over and over again, which is hook over and over and over. You're

32:28

going to hear people talk about the hook because it is the most valuable piece of your content, regardless of any type of short form content that you are making. If you don't have a good hook, you don't have a video.

You could have the greatest video ever where in the last one second of it, you're promising to give away a million dollars. If you have

32:45

a bad first 3 seconds of your video, no one will see that end point and the video will end up with 60 to a few hundred views and never go anywhere. So, step one, choose a niche.

We're not going to try to speak to everyone because you'll end up speaking to nobody. We don't want to be a jack of

33:01

all trades, master of none. We want to start with one niche and expand out.

You see, I started with music production and I've expanded over time into a wider niche or what I call a theme of tech. So, answer these questions to choose your niche.

One, what are your interests? Where do you have experience?

33:17

Look at competitors around you. What are they doing?

Look for trends. What is futurep proof in this area?

Step two, we're going to do market research. We want to find top creators and medium level creators in that niche.

Scroll over their profiles, study them, and see where those overlaps happen. You're

33:33

going to hear me talk about this over and over of finding two areas where something's going on and finding that perfect area right in the middle where they overlap. That is the area where you want to hit on.

Whether it's picking a good product, or it's picking a good niche, we're essentially looking for areas where there's a spot where we can

33:49

actually go through that market and get people to listen to us because it's not overly saturated yet. And that's where I want to get into the next piece, which is for looking for patterns.

What type of hooks are they using? Are their videos fast-paced?

Are they funny? Are they personal?

Are they super polished? Are they raw?

Is it just them talking in

34:04

their car? Is it super nice lighting set?

What is the differences? And what are the similarities that you see between these so we can really dial in on what's working here.

Step three, start creating the content. Don't overthink it.

The biggest mistake I see new creators make is waiting until they feel ready. I'm going to go when I have

34:21

the new camera. I'm going to go when I have the new light.

I'm going to go when I have the right stuff. I'm going to go after I do this course and test and learn how to speak on camera.

I'm going to go after I do this and that. When I get my new phone, when I don't have a headache, when I don't have a stomach.

It can go on and on and on. And I'm telling you, you need to start today,

34:36

right now. I don't even care if you don't have a TikTok account yet.

You need to learn how to make videos fast. And the best way that you can do that is by making a lot of videos.

You don't need to spend all of your day doing it, but a simple 10, 15, 20 minutes a day just trying to make videos and speaking to a camera is how you're going to come

34:52

across as engaging. I understand that I speak a little fast and that maybe if you watch this video, you need to watch it a little bit slowed down, but that's just how I naturally speak.

But I was so timid when I first started talking on camera for years. I didn't have any mentors.

And when I finally did meet

35:07

mentors years into the process, I was so slow to take their advice because I was hard-headed. And I'm going to figure it out for myself.

But I wish I would have listened because essentially what they tried to teach me was be myself, speak on camera how I would speak to my friends or I would speak to my family. And that is what's going to get people

35:22

to actually connect to me the most. But instead, when I first started, it was, "Hi everybody.

Today I want to talk to you about this thing about music and I I think it's going to be great for you and it will really help." And I see so many people do that. you're essentially putting a wall up between you and your audience.

And then I see people go the

35:38

opposite end of that spectrum, which is, "What's up YouTube? This is Jerry coming at you with another video.

Here we're going to be talking about tick talk shop affiliate." That's not me either. And so it comes across really fake and over the top.

Some people can get away with it. I couldn't.

I need to be myself. And that's what I teach people.

Really learn

35:54

how to be yourself. And the only way you can do that by talking to a camera is by doing it over and over and over again.

Because the second most people get a camera in front of their face, they feel weird. Is everything fine?

How are my hands? You know, do I have something in my teeth?

Is my hair Oh my gosh. Is everything good?

And so that's what's on your mind. We got to get to where you

36:11

can speak to a camera and it's not eating into your brain. The only way we can do that is by talking to a camera over and over and over again.

So next, what we're going to do in our content is provide value like what we were talking about before. You see, value can look different.

It could be educating. It

36:26

could be entertaining. It could be inspiring.

It could be relatable. You're going to follow the trends that you saw in other people's videos and provide the value that you can provide.

And what we're going to do, and little secret note here, is we're going to provide that value quick and early in the video. Step four, we're going to double down on

36:41

what works. If it starts to work and we see us getting more views than our other videos, we're going to keep doing that more and more and more.

That is how these short form algorithms and processes work is they're trying to find specificity in your video. What's the exact things that get people to watch you?

That's why you see people's

36:58

accounts be so dialed in with almost the exact same style of video over and over again because they tested a lot, saw what worked, and went down that path. Then in that smaller range, they tested again, found out what worked, and went down that path.

And once you reiterate on that over and over and over and over

37:15

again, you're going to find something that works very, very good, connects very deep to your audience. So next is we're going to talk about don't fix what isn't broken.

And it goes right along with doubling down on what works. If something is working for you, don't get scared because you saw a video from someone saying you can't post from your

37:31

drafts or you need to use 48 exact hashtag. Don't get scared.

Don't let those creator superstitions eek in. And don't break your content if it's starting to work.

If it's not working, let's do a bunch to try to figure it out. But if it is working, let's not break what isn't broken.

And before we

37:48

move on, here are some basic bonus tips that I came up with here. Quality over quantity.

I think people talk about this all the time where they think that it needs to be quality videos over quantity of videos. And while at at the base level of this, this is true.

You can

38:03

never get to quality if you haven't put out quantity. If I was going to hire someone to put shingles on my roof and I had two people that I was training, one of them spent 35 minutes on every single shingle, getting it perfectly lined up, finding the exact right spot to put the

38:18

nail in, hammering it in just right every single time. And then I had the other person over here and they were still doing their best that they could, but they were okay with making a couple mistakes and they were trying to get through and really learn how to put as many of these down in as many of different situations as possible.

Which

38:34

one do you think is going to become better at putting shingles down quicker? I don't know about you, but I would put my money on the second one.

The person who's willing to make the mistakes, not going to get in their head about it. Understand that it's not about doing it perfect.

It's about doing it better than they did before and trying to really get out as much as they can. You're only

38:51

going to find quality in your content by putting out quantity of content. So, don't get scared of making a lot of videos.

Don't get scared of talking to your camera often. Even if you feel goofy at the beginning, anything we do that's new is going to feel new and it's going to feel weird.

But once we get started in it and we do that over and

39:06

over and over again, before you know it, it's second nature and it's a new skill set that you've unlocked that you didn't have before. That in this growing age of internet and everything like that can be massively, massively beneficial for you because I think personal brand and affiliate marketing is going to be the

39:23

next big wave for decades to come. Next, three to five hashtags related to your post.

Just keep it simple. Don't worry about it too much.

If you're talking about a cell phone, you could do Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra or iPhone 16 Pro. In

39:38

that same line for cell phones, you could also do #tech on Tik Tok. You could also do #bestphone 2025.

Simple hashtags, but they're not the generic ones. You don't do viral.

You don't do FYP. Uh you don't do funny.

They're too

39:54

wide. It's unlikely that it's actually going to tell Tik Tok what your video is about.

We want to pick three to five that are related to your actual video. Next, the main focus on the videos is you and the product.

So, you want to make sure that you have good lighting, good audio, be authentic, be yourself,

40:09

and try to have as much fun as you possibly can in your videos. We want people to connect to us.

Again, it's a personal brand that then we're connecting to products. That's where it's really going to go over the long term.

I don't think a lot of people understand that. So, they just make a video.

Hey, here's this product. Here's this thing.

Go check it out. Which is fine if you want to do that in the

40:25

meantime. you feel like it's going to help you make money quicker, but over the long term, I'm telling you, it's going to personal brand.

We'll talk about that in videos way later on this channel. It won't be in this one today, but just know things are going to be going down a path of a little bit more niche and a little bit more personal brand.

So, if you want to start off

40:41

strong, start off figuring out how to make the content about you, your opinions, and getting people to connect to you as the creator. And congratulations.

If you've done all of these things correctly, I'm sure you've hit that 1,000 followers. Now, it's time to apply for a Tik Tok shop account.

40:58

Okay, once you're ready to go and you have an account that is ready to get into the Tik Tok shop affiliate program because you have over 1,000 followers, we're going to go into our Tik Tok studio settings and right here, Tik Tok Shop for creator. We're going to click on that and it will say, "Congratulations, you are invited to join Tik Tok shop." It's going to say,

41:14

"You are eligible to apply. You meet our community guidelines.

You are at least 18 years old and you have over 5,000 followers." Sometimes it will say 5,000. Sometimes it will say 1,000.

For the most part, it's 1,000. They recently changed it over.

You used to have to have 5,000, so that's why it's still saying that on my side. When I hit

41:30

accept invite, it's going to load it in and let me into the Tik Tok shop affiliate side of things. So, now that you're in the Tik Tok shop affiliate program, let's talk about how to find winning products on Tik Tok shop.

Once you get accepted for Tik Tok, you will have this area in the back end of your account. This is called your Tik Tok

41:46

shop toolkit. If you click that product marketplace button right there, we can now go scroll all the different products.

And it's a little different than when we just scroll through the normal Tik Tok shop side that the customers would see because this one gives us this option right here for exposure plus. And we can also filter by free samples if we want to find products

42:03

that will give us free samples. If I look up exposure plus right here, these are basically Tik Tok telling me that these products are going to be products that Tik Tok is pushing soon or products that Tik Tok thinks has the potential for virality.

Before to get these lists, you had to be a top creator and they were only giving out these lists to

42:19

those top creators called star creators. Now, it's baked into the back end of Tik Tok, but most people don't actually understand that this is here.

So, if I want to look through this list and find some good products, I have what I call like a Goldilocks zone. I want to see that it's in an impulse buy area, so it's not too expensive, but it's not too

42:35

cheap. I want to make sure that I'm getting at least $2 commission and at least 15% commission.

Um, and I want to find something that's already made some sales, but isn't overly saturated to where millions and millions and millions of people or whatever are already talking about it. So, if I'm just scrolling through this, um, I can see

42:51

these say this one has 189 sold, 39 sold, 27 sold, 113. I would like to try to find something, if possible, that has at least 500 to a,000 items sold.

This one right here has 234. So, this one might not be bad.

We can see it's on a

43:07

heavy discount flash deal, which can be really, really good because people obviously are going to buy more when there's a sale. If we click up on here, we see that there is a 17% commission on this product.

And when I look, only one person has made a viral video for this product. This is right inside that range.

No product is ever going to be

43:23

perfect. Something is always going to have to be compromised on.

So for this one, the fact that there's only 234 sold, normally I'd want to go for about 500 to a,000. But me personally, if I really felt like this one aligned with my niche, I could talk about this product because I feel like I could be the one to get this product to go viral

43:39

and really make heavy sales on this. And because it's on a campaign flash sale right now, this would be a very good one to start talking about if I could.

And it even has a free sample request. All I'd have to do is click on here and get free sample and the sample would come to my door if I get approved for that.

Let's keep scrolling to try to find one

43:55

that I would actually talk about in my tech niche. Okay, here is a good example for one that I think that we could talk about.

This is on a Black Friday Cyber Monday campaign sale that is still going on right now, which is crazy because it's the middle of May, but here's where we are. It has 486 sold.

It's only $40.

44:11

The sale is only going on for $10 more dollars. It's about a product that I already have, which is this Quest 3 headset, and it's right inside of that range.

And the commission on this product is $4 per sale, and I can request a free sample as well. So, this is something that I'd be very interested in looking at.

There's more that I want

44:27

to go into. I always want to check and make sure that there's good reviews on the product, that the people that are getting the product actually like the product, and then if I can see a couple videos to make sure that it's actually a good product, because personally me, I don't want to sell products that I think aren't good, don't have potential.

And then another thing I do is I have to get the product in hand and test it first.

44:43

Not everyone follows these rules. Everyone's going to have their own morals and ethics of how they decide to go about it.

But for me personally, I don't want to push out products that the purchaser is going to get and just return because then I lose my commission. I want to talk about good products.

The other way that we can find good products is just going to our for you page. If we go to our for you page

45:00

and just scroll around, we're going to see videos like this where we will randomly see products showing up. All we have to do is scroll and boom, we will now see this product.

Our for you page is going to be designed in a way so that it's trying to push out products that it knows that we will be interested in. So if I see this right here, the Milano T5

45:16

wireless lavalier microphone, this is a product that I already have actually and I made videos about, but this product I know has a lot of potential. I've worked with Moana in the past.

I would earn $8.50 per sale. They have 374 in stock.

They have 100% positive reviews. No one

45:33

has had a massively viral video on it yet, but there's a bunch of videos starting to take off. It's on a sale.

It's a new product. This is something I'd be looking at.

Again, it only has 123 sold, but I'm completely comfortable with that. So, this is the exact type of product that I would purchase through

45:48

the refundable samples option because I know I could make at least the three sales necessary to get my money back. So, remember this when choosing products.

Tik Tok Shop Marketplace is your friend. Scroll, look around, click around, and try to do a lot of research.

Product selection is probably one of the most important pieces of this that no

46:04

one actually talks about and people just end up requesting a bunch of samples for stuff that they're like, "Oh, I get free stuff. Let me just request all the free stuff." And then they end up in a situation where it confuses TikTok.

Tik Tok doesn't know what you're talking about. And you don't actually have products that are really good or high potential to convert.

You know, you want

46:20

to pick products that you can easily demonstrate a wow factor on it. So, for example, this is a product that I made $1,000 on over the past 3 days.

And it's a screen that can stick to the back of your phone that lets you see your back camera's image through this screen. So, I can record with my back camera.

All I

46:36

had to do with this product was show how fast it connects to my phone and show that I can see myself using my back camera on my phone and show the quality difference. It was very easy to show off this product, which made the videos take off using this, which allowed me to make $1,000 over 3 days.

You also always want

46:52

to think ahead. Is this product future proof?

It doesn't need to be future proof forever, but we don't want to talk about a product that essentially isn't good in the first place. And this is a huge mistake I see so many people make is they just see some person out there randomly went viral on one video about a random product and they feel like, oh my

47:08

gosh, they get fear of missing out and they just want to jump in and talk about it. If we can stick to what we're passionate about, what we know about, or at very least products that we know could be beneficial to somebody out there, that's where we're really going to find the most success.

When we look at a product and we go, "Oh, that's really cool. I would use that.

And then we get it and we test it and we're like,

47:24

this is really cool. I would use it or I think my mom would use this or I think my partner would use this or my best friend would use this.

Those are the products that we know how to talk about because there's a genuine feeling that comes across when we're speaking about them. Next, we're going to take advantage of seasonal products.

This is where future proofing doesn't matter

47:40

that much, but it kind of will always be baked in because it's seasonal. So, if Mother's Day or Father's Day is coming up, if uh Halloween or Christmas or Fourth of July or any of these are coming up, there's always going to be times that these products are going to connect.

Right now, I know people doing

47:56

really well with bug zappers because it's starting to be summer. Bugs are out and about and people are selling bug zappers like crazy because people don't think about it until it's summer and they're sitting outside and they're dealing with bugs and then your video comes across their page and they go, "Oh my gosh, yes, and it's 50% off.

I'm just

48:12

going to get it and try it out." People don't realize how powerful these are, but it takes a few weeks sometimes for our videos to really connect with the algorithm. So, let's think ahead on what seasons are coming up and get prepared for what products we're going to talk about.

And then finally, I mentioned it a little bit before, but we want it to be that impulse buy price point. But

48:29

products between $20 to $80, probably around 40, uh, is the perfect impulse buy area. It really depends on the overall price of the product.

For example, if there was a mini fridge that's normally $600, but it's on sale for $200, you'll probably be okay at selling that. But products that are

48:45

between 20 to $60 to $80 are 100% the best area because people will watch it and go, "Hey, uh, I needed some new headphones anyway, and those headphones are only $20. Let's try them and see what we think." And so ask yourself these questions.

One, would I ever use

49:00

this product? Is the product currently on sale, or is it going to be going on sale?

Sometimes the seller will tell you and sometimes the back end will tell you. What product does this problem solve?

So, dive deep into what that pain point solves of this product. For example, that screen that I made $1,000

49:16

on. I went deep onto the pain points of the other screens that were already out there and explained that this one wasn't good cuz you have to clip it to your phone.

It's just it's the older one. It has to be plugged in so you can't use your wireless mics.

And this one connects over Wi-Fi. So, it takes like 2 minutes to connect every single time.

49:32

And once you connect, there's a weird lag, like a big delay using your back camera when you're recording in 4K. And I explained that this new one doesn't do that.

It connects in seconds. And I showed that process of the difference between the two.

When we can really speak on the pain points of the product and connect people to the an actual

49:48

person talking about the pain points, not just the features of the product, that is going to be how we connect to it. Brands are always going to want you to just say every single feature about the product.

And this new phone has the custom titanium blah blah blah with all this stuff. That's not what people connect to.

People want to know like the

50:04

battery is now not dying on me every single day. And the photos I take of my kids are finally something I feel like I'm proud of.

Boom. That's the stuff.

It's the pain points that people live with every single day about the product that we're connecting with people and showing that it solves those problems. That's where picking the right products

50:20

come into play. We're not out here trying to scam people to get people to buy anything.

We're trying to really pick good products and talk about them in the way that we make good videos about them so that we're bringing those two things together and then those customers end up trusting us seeing our face. We build a personal brand and they want to keep coming back to our videos

50:36

over and over again to learn from us about what products are good for your car or in my case for tech uh or in some other people's cases what outdoor stuff or patio furniture or indoor homegoods or the list goes on and on and on. There's so many different niches.

There is so much money out there for

50:52

everybody. There is a space for everybody in this.

Uh you just have to be willing to step up to the plate and start making the videos. Next question.

How many units have been sold this past month. Now, if there's one or two units sold, it might be really hard for you to be the one to get the attention on the product.

If you're confident in it,

51:07

you've worked with a lot of brands, you've already gotten a lot of videos to go viral, then I would recommend starting to step into that space because you're going to get the most reward if you're the person that brings the initial viewership to that product. But for the average person out there who's wanting to make an extra $5 to $10,000 a month, I would focus on products that

51:23

have already sold 500 to 510,000 units and there's a lot of people already talking about them and we can bring our own energy and unique spin on it. But maybe think twice about talking about products that are selling tens of thousands of months and have hundreds and hundreds of videos in the millions

51:40

of views. You can still do well in those and I see people do it all the time.

We can talk about that more later if you guys want to in another video. But if I really want to give you guys that best spot, the easiest place to aim at, I would say aim at those that are just starting to really take off, catch that uh growth as it's happening and ride

51:55

that wave up of people finding out what the product is. If you can be early in on those by always paying attention to what products work, that's how I would do it.

Next question, is it currently getting sales? We want to look at the reviews and make sure that people have been leaving reviews recently because people will leave reviews after they get

52:11

the product. So, we want to see that in the past few weeks, people have been getting the product, that they've been liking it.

And then finally, how many units are in stock? This just happened to me with this screen.

This screen went from making me $1,000 over the past 3 days to making me $0 after it because I sold out their product. Another company

52:28

reached out to me that sells this exact same product, they had $5,000 in stock. So, even though I've been doing this for a long time, it was late at night when I posted my video.

I forgot to check for the best link on the product. I just posted one and I didn't realize there was a competitor that had 5,000 of these in stock.

If I would have went with

52:43

them, I would have easily turned this instead of making $1,000 into this into 10, maybe 15, maybe $20,000 off this single product. So, you always want to check on that.

Even if you've been doing this for a year or longer, even if you feel like you're an expert in the space, always be double-checking your links, making sure that you're picking the best

52:58

one because if a product you sell them out and they go out of stock, you obviously can't make any more sales because the company doesn't have any more in stock. So, now have to wait for the company to get more.

and it's a whole thing. So, here is how to get free samples.

One, we request the sample from the seller. When you're first starting

53:14

out, if you don't have any sales, the likelihood of you getting free samples is pretty low. There's some ways to do it, but honestly, the best way by far is send messages to sellers.

I've had so many friends who start in this and they don't know how to get samples and they don't know what to do. And the people who listen to this one piece of advice

53:30

get samples every single time. You're going to spend 30 minutes of your day and you're going to copy and paste a message that you spend that you send out to, I don't know, as many sellers as you can, 50, 100 sellers that just essentially says, "Hey, this is me.

I want to make this many videos for your

53:46

product. Think this would be a fair deal in exchange for a free sample." Say 10 videos, five videos for the product, whatever you're comfortable doing.

And you'll be surprised how many of these companies say yes because they want to get these samples in the hands of creators. It's very low cost for them.

almost no one actually messages them

54:01

back, especially bigger creators because bigger creators, we're in a space where we're starting to get brand deals and we're having companies come to us offering us hundreds of dollars per video and 30 video deals and stuff like that. Some of these other companies out there, you would be surprised, they will send you out samples quickly.

So then then you can have the sample, you can

54:17

start making videos about it, then you can make sales, and then you can actually request the samples through Tik Tok itself. Okay?

Okay, so if you want to see me request a free sample and show you exactly how I do it, you'll be scrolling and you'll see this orange shopping cart or maybe you'll be in the shop center itself. Either way, when you see the product, if you have the option

54:33

for a free sample, it will show up here where it says free sample. If I click up on this, this will only show up if you're in the Tik Tok shop affiliate program.

By the way, all I do is click on that get free sample option. I would choose which version of the product I want and I would hit request free sample.

From here, you're going to hit

54:49

accept that you will make a video about the product when it's done. and then you hit submit.

That is literally all you have to do to request a free sample and they will let you know in seven days if you're approved. And if you are, it will automatically send it to your house.

Okay. So, if you want to see me request a sample from a company, what I'm going to do is I'm going to click on the

55:05

option here, but this time I don't get the option for a free sample. So, what am I going to do?

I'm going to hit that contact seller button and I'm going to send them a direct message. You can do it through WhatsApp as well or through email.

Any of those would work and honestly try all of them. There's literally no downside.

Worst case they say is no. I'm going to reach out to

55:21

them right here and I'm going to say, "I would love to make five videos in exchange for a free sample of your desk clamp friction arm. I think my audience would respond very well and I would love

55:39

to show how useful it is for filming top-down overhead shots. Let me know.

I look forward to speaking. And then I would just hit send.

So then I would wait for them to respond. Honestly, I would copy and paste that and I would send it to a bunch of different brands.

55:56

Now me personally, obviously I already sent this so I can't really unend it, but this company knows me. So if they write me back, I'll let them know like this was just because I'm filming a video and I would love to make a video about this product still.

But I work with them in the past. So for me, I wouldn't do five videos on a product for free.

But when I'm getting started and I don't have products, I think that's a

56:12

very very fair option. And so here's a free template that you can use.

Hi, I love your product and put the product name in. I think my audience would respond really well to it.

I would love to make three videos for it in exchange for a free sample. Next, let's get into how to actually create viral Tik Tok

56:29

shop videos. Number one, we need to understand our target audience.

Number two, we need an engaging hook. Number three, we're going to do good storytelling that people want to listen to.

Number four, using that storytelling, we're going to tap into the pain points of the target audience. Number five, provide the solution to

56:45

those pains. Number six, speak with your authentic voice.

And number seven, take inspiration from competitors. You don't need to reinvent the wheel.

Find something that works and add your unique twist to it. So, here's my four-step process to a viral video framework.

57:01

Number one is the hook. We talked about this before, and you're going to keep hearing creators talk about this for the rest of your career if you decide to take this step into this space.

The hook is so important. Number two, relatability and controversy.

And I follow these in order. So when I'm making a video, number one thing I'm

57:16

saying out of my mouth is the hook. The number two is either being relatable or controversial.

They're kind of the same thing cuz anything that relates to one person, another person doesn't relate to. So it adds some controversy.

Number three, what is the pain point of the product and how does this solve this?

57:32

Number four, the call to action. Okay, so let's use this little viral screen that I was talking about before as an example and let's structure a video.

Typically, I don't write out my videos. I do most of them off the top of my head.

But just to make it clear, I'm going to have my phone here where I'm writing my notes again. And I'll show you exactly how I do it.

So, number one,

57:49

I'm going to need a strong hook, right? So, if I think about what's something that would make people want to pay attention to this product, probably a visual hook of me sticking it on the back of my screen because most people wouldn't even realize that that is a thing.

and probably saying something like, "Everyone knows you need to film

58:05

with the back camera on your phone to get the highest quality, but it is very hard to frame yourself and actually see what's going on." Okay, that's my hook. So, I can't really write all that out, but you understand what I'm saying.

Show the screen and say best quality,

58:20

essentially quality. You guys get what I'm trying to write.

Okay. Next, we want to go into being relatable or controversial.

Say something that gets people to pay attention or that gets people to really relate for us. For this example, let's go with controversy and say something about iPhone versus Android because that gets everyone in

58:35

the comments every single time. So, to build on top of that, we're going to say, "Everyone knows that you need to use the back camera on your phone to get the highest quality possible, but it's really hard to frame yourself if you can't see yourself, and that's where these viral screens come into place that you see all over Tik Tok." Now, I'm someone that actually knows what I'm

58:51

doing. So, I'm using an iPhone here.

Added in controversy. Obviously, I'm also using a Samsung, but I'm just doing it for controversy.

So, my controversy vers is going to be iPhone versus Android. Okay, hopefully this is all making sense so far.

Next, we want to go

59:07

into the pain point of the product and what it solves. And then we're going to go into the call to action, actually telling them they can purchase it.

So, to build on top of that, let's actually go into the pain point. I'm not going to actually connect the screen because, you know, I'm not going to go through this whole process to make it take even longer, but just pretend I connect the screen, right?

So, the video starts.

59:23

Everyone knows you're supposed to use the back camera on your phone to get the highest quality possible, but it's really hard to do that if you can't frame yourself and see yourself. So, most people are stuck looking through their front camera.

Now, I obviously know what I'm doing, so I'm using an iPhone here, but that is where these viral screens come into place that you see all over Tik Tok. This one connects

59:38

in less than 3 seconds. All I have to do is come down here, hit this screen mirroring option, and when the iCreen P2P shows up.

I just have to click on that and within 1 to two seconds, my screen is going to show on here, and I don't have to deal with not being able to see myself. So then, if I go into my

59:54

camera on my phone, I can now see myself using my back camera. So, if I point my back camera at myself, you can see that I can see myself.

I have all the buttons to be able to change the brightness up and down. I can change the stretching.

So if I'm using a tablet and obviously I don't need to be that close to myself, I can flip it upside down like that. Now

00:11

this one is the one that you need to get in 2025 because unlike these ones that sure they kind of do the same thing. This one has to be clipped onto your phone but also plugged in so you can't use any of your stuff or charge your device.

And this one connects over Wi-Fi which means that same process that you saw me take two minutes takes like 10. I

00:28

don't need to do this anymore. Okay, hopefully that makes sense so far.

You see I kind of added all those things in. The pain point was how long it takes to connect, how long it takes, and seeing myself while recording myself.

And now I'm going to add in the call to action. The call to action, I'm just going to let them know that there's a deal going

00:44

on it right now. So I'm just going to say there's a deal and talk about uh the cart so that they know where to buy it.

So we tie all this together and you will see me literally make a video in real time about exactly how to do this. So pretend I hit record on here.

So everyone knows that to get the best

01:00

quality possible, you need to use the back camera on your phone. But that is really hard to do when you can't see yourself or frame yourself.

But that's where these viral monitors you keep seeing all over the internet come into play. So I don't need to use my front camera anymore.

You see, I already know what I'm doing. So I'm someone that uses an iPhone, but I want to be able to see myself.

And that is where this one comes

01:15

into play. This one connects in seconds.

So let me show you. I can actually disconnect it here and show you how fast it reconnects.

So I'm going to go stop. You'll see it's back on the same screen that it normally is again.

Now all I have to do is swipe down, hit screen mirroring on my phone, and just click screen P2P. And in less than like two

01:31

seconds, it is now going to be showing every single thing on my phone. This one doesn't have that same lag as the other one does.

This one isn't like these other options where this one has to plug in and also clip on, which is kind of terrible. This one connects over Wi-Fi, takes 1 to 2 minutes every single time you want to use it.

So, if you guys want

01:47

to get this one, which by the way is actually cheaper than those other two options, this one's on sale right now for $40 instead of the normal 88. So, if you guys want to see if that deal is still available for you, click on that orange shopping cart below.

Okay, we just made a video. Super simple, almost no editing needed.

But now we're going

02:03

to go into the next part, which is how to edit an engaging video. So, I'm going to teach you guys how to edit a video, but I'm going to film one really quick that we can make together in real time where we're going to be talking about these kind of screens.

02:19

Now, to edit this, we're going to keep it super simple. We don't have to do anything crazy.

All we have to do is go into TikTok, hit that plus option there, hit the picture thing, add that in, and hit next. From here, we're going to hit that little editor option at the top.

And all we're going to do is cut out the areas where we aren't talking. I'm going to go right to where my mouse starts to

02:34

move. We don't want any dead space.

This space right here where you see me talking. We don't want that in there.

That little bit of a space is the difference between 500 views and a,000 views. Micros secondsonds matter a ton, especially in the beginning of your video.

So, we want to get rid of all of that stuff so it just starts right at the beginning. We cut that out.

And this

02:50

is how the video starts. Now, if you're not as comfortable saying the entire video in one go, you might want to record take one, take two, take three.

All we do is we go until there's points where we're not talking, which for me, I think I did this whole thing in one take. I'm going to go to the very

03:06

end. I'm just going to chop off that end clip.

One of the biggest mistakes that people make is they overedit. They try to add in stickers, transitions, a bunch of text on the screen.

The only other thing that I would add at the very beginning is maybe some text that builds some curiosity or helps people understand what to do. So, I'm going to

03:22

say, "How to record with your back camera, all caps, easily." Oh, come on. All caps easily.

I'm going to put that so it's not distracting. It's not on top of my face.

And I'm only going to have that play for about 3 seconds. And just like that, the video is literally done.

03:37

This is what I was trying to say earlier that you don't have to be good at editing. You don't have to know what you're doing when it comes to this.

Most people overedit so much that I have to convince them to stop it because they're not professional editors. I owned a cinematography company for a decade.

I know how to edit fully in all of the

03:53

professional editing softwares. I know how you use the nicest cameras and all that stuff.

Why don't you think I'm doing that for my shop videos? Because it doesn't help.

Because people want real, authentic. They just want simple.

They don't want text and transitions and music. Please don't put music behind your shop videos unless it is very

04:10

helpful, which 99.9999% of the time it's not. Please keep it simple, just like this.

How fast did it take me to make this video? It's a 45se secondond long video, maybe a minute and a half.

This is why it doesn't need to take you your entire day to do Tik Tok shop affiliate. You don't need to be

04:25

spending 9 hours a day doing this. You can go in for the hour, make the 10 videos you want to make that day and go live your life and be with your kids and do your hobbies and have the stuff that you enjoy and build a balanced life for yourself while making content that can make you money and genuinely follows a

04:40

process that has been proven to do well over and over and over again. because we're following a strong process of hook, controversy, pain points of the product, call to action.

It is legitimately as simple as that. And so, I want to show you an example of a good Tik Tok video that I made recently cuz I

04:56

know a lot of these creators are only showing you videos that they made a year ago. This one I made in the past 3 4 days or so.

It has 347,000 views. I did use a nice camera just because I like it.

It's something I enjoy. Um, but again, you don't need to do this.

I made a bunch of videos just like this from my phone and they're also doing well. But I

05:12

wanted to show you this one to break down what is a good Tik Tok shop video. Let's watch it together.

It's about 3 minutes long. We all know that you should be using the back camera instead of the front camera on your phones to get the best quality videos.

But if you're looking at one of these screens that can go on the back of your phone, they are not made the same. And please don't make the same mistake I did and

05:28

spend way more to get way less features. You see, this one has that terrible bracket style so that it you have to do this and it has to be plugged in.

And while we're watching this, try to think of the hook, controversy, relatability, pain point of the product, call to action, because I still follow it in

05:44

this video, and I followed it in every video since then. And another pro tip here, notice how I said the same thing in this video, and I'm saying it in a bunch of other videos.

You can essentially make almost the same video over and over and over again because no one cares. No one notices.

Even if you have hundreds of thousands of followers,

06:01

people think, "Oh, no. I've already talked about that.

I made that video. What am I supposed to do?

Make the video again?" I made my microphone video that made me $50,000 12 times over and over and over again. And that was 12 videos that ended up going viral.

I actually made the video about a hundred times total across all my different accounts.

06:18

But of the ones that did really well that I really basically said the exact same thing over 12 times, which kind of drives me crazy cuz then I can't use my wireless microphones. This one sticks on the back of your phone, which is really, really great.

other than you have to connect to it through Wi-Fi. So, every single time I try to connect to it, it

06:34

becomes really frustrating. Whereas this one, it actually costs less.

It's on a sale right now for $36. It's normally 88.

You can literally just turn the screen on and then when you're on your phone, all you have to do is swipe down and you can choose the screen mirroring option and then it will show up in this

06:50

list as iCreen. Once you click on that right there, then everything that's on your phone will just show up on here without needing to do anything else.

This is so much nicer. I can have it separate from my phone.

So, I can still have my wireless mics plugged in, check my framing if I'm doing a skit or

07:05

something like that. I can stick it right to the back of my phone.

And the other big thing is it works with my Android devices, which this one, when I try to plug it in, it just says I need to download an app. When I try to download the app, it says it doesn't work with this.

This one, I can get it to work sometimes over the Wi-Fi, but it's super buggy. And anytime I'm

07:21

recording in 4K, there's this really weird crazy delay thing going on. Whereas this one that is cheaper, by the way, is actually working on all of my devices.

I don't have to like sync it to one, connect to Wi-Fi on the other. I can just hand this to my wife.

She can use it on hers. It is so much better.

07:37

And I'm telling you, this is the one that you need to get. I'm going to link it here in the video.

Don't use this one that has the crazy clip-on thing that's super frustrating and needs to plug in. And don't use this one that connects through Wi-Fi.

They should all be connecting through that screen mirroring option. This is the future of how they

07:54

should work. Peace out.

Okay, so hopefully you can see that all the things that I'm saying so far is what I'm putting into place in these videos. And if you start to pay attention to viral videos in any niche or any genre, you're going to see them follow the same structure over and over and over again.

The only ones that don't really follow

08:09

that at all are the ones where people aren't talking at all or they're doing dance trend videos, which you can do as well. They just don't work as well for shop.

So now let's go into the next piece, which is talking about 200 view jail or really the myth of 200 view jail. You see, what is 200 view jail?

It's a common sticking point for

08:24

creators on Tik Tok. It means that your videos get around 200 to 600 views and then stop getting more.

So, why does this happen? Because everyone thinks that it's Tik Tok being against them, that there's some Tik Tok overlords just choosing that they'll never be successful or go anywhere.

Well, the real reason it happens is Tik Tok system

08:40

decides not to show your videos to more people and it doesn't grow any bigger. And it does that because you're not getting engagement because the beginning of your videos aren't something that people are watching or engaging with.

So Tik Tok sees them as these aren't valuable videos, so they're not going to keep pushing them out. So how do we

08:55

escape 200 view jail? Number one, we're going to find a target demographic like we talked about before.

Number two, we're going to write a list of what would be valuable to them as viewers. We're going to then search for other successful creators in that space, and we're going to create videos that create a high amount of value for the viewer.

09:10

If you see some overlap here, it's because there is. It's the exact same as growing a new page.

Essentially, what we're doing is we're trying to connect our account back into the algorithm the way that it was supposed to. The algorithm is designed to find people who want to watch your videos and show them your videos.

But if no one is wanting to

09:25

watch with your videos, which Tik Tok judges that based on how much they engage, then the videos never keep getting pushed out, so they never find their audience. So, we want to pick who are we speaking to.

Maybe we're talking to other stay-at-home moms. Maybe we're talking to dads who've been working their entire life away, but they really just want more time with their family.

09:42

Maybe we're talking to the kid who's in college who wants to make enough money to buy a Lamborghini and fly private for the rest of his life. Who I don't know.

That's up to you. But we're trying to pick who are we talking to and then decide what would be valuable for them.

What do those type of people like to see? What do those people like to do?

We

09:58

want to know them directly. not just like paint some idea in our mind, but I'm speaking to Kevin, who is the 32-year-old father who goes to work every single day and he just wants to come home, spend more time with his family, and have time for his hobbies.

That's who I'm speaking to. If you can

10:14

get that specific with who you're talking to, it makes it much easier to connect to your audience directly. Let's talk about the Tik Tok Shop affiliate full sales guide.

One, we need to understand consumer behavior. The most successful affiliates understand the psychology behind the consumer's behavior and what causes them to want to

10:30

watch and eventually purchase a product. Number two, and this is one that's important to me, sell with authenticity.

Sell and be authentically yourself. So, people want to buy from you.

People want authenticity. People want raw and real.

This isn't a world of Backstreet Boys anymore. It's a world of Post Malones.

10:47

It's a world where people are okay with seeing the cracks in people, with people being actual human beings. Your house not being perfectly clean.

You're not saying every word right. It's okay.

People want that real authenticity. That's what we need to bring forward.

I'm telling you, it makes the difference, but people get in their own

11:02

way for sometimes years and years. If you can just put that out of your mind and understand, okay, I need to figure out how to be me on camera.

That is what's going to be the best. Not who you think the world wants you to be.

Not I need to hold myself perfect and make sure I look perfect and say, "Hey everybody, how's it going?" No, just be

11:18

yourself. I'm telling you, that's the difference.

Three, how can we trigger the emotions of people? And I don't mean like trigger them.

I mean essentially we want to make videos that connect with people so that they want to watch. We want to make them feel happy, sad, surprised, disgusted, like my ranch example earlier.

Fear, scared, whatever

11:34

you want it to be. However you want to make your content is your thing.

But if you start watching viral content, you're going to notice that early on, the first 3 seconds of the video, it tries to make you feel something, right? If we can get those emotions across in people, they're going to want to watch more often.

It's the difference between me saying the summer of 2025 was one of the craziest

11:51

times of my life and I need to get this story off my chest versus in 2025 had a pretty intense time um and it kind of hurt me financially. So, I want to like tell you guys what I'm trying to do now to come back from it.

I said basically the same thing in those two different versions, but the first one was so much

12:06

easier to listen to because I'm bringing the emotion out. It's not acting.

I'm still being myself. I'm still being authentic.

It's how I tell the story, right? Um and I could go way more in depth on storytelling if you guys want to know.

Also, leave the comments below and let me know if something you'd be interested in. Um, we can talk about how to tell more engaging stories.

I think

12:21

it's first most important to learn how to speak as our self on camera. Then second, we learn how to how to tell stories in a more engaging way that still is coming from our authentic tone.

But anyway, next, here are some of the emotions that you can leverage. One, trust.

Establish credibility. Position yourself as an expert.

Trust and

12:38

reliability will cause people to buy from you. It's why people buy tech from me so often because for over a decade I've worked in tech at a high level with cinematography and running a music studio and then my past experience of running a computer company where I would set up computers and help people remove

12:54

viruses, things like that. Number two, fear of missing out.

Highlight the limited time offers and exclusive deals. Obviously, people are going to want to understand, oh my gosh, there's only 10 left of this thing and it's 90% off.

I want to get one, right? That's always been the case.

It's why you see sales going on everywhere. Three, happiness.

13:09

Focus on demonstrating on how your product will improve your audience's life. Very often, even you seeing the product and reacting to it in an exciting way is enough to get people to buy.

You'd be surprised how many massively viral videos are done by just someone's reaction, genuine reaction to

13:25

how good the product was. Number four, sadness and empathy.

Show that you understand your viewers pain points and potentially have had them yourself and how this has helped you or even if it hasn't made it go away completely, it's made it a little bit easier to deal with. This is a very strong and powerful

13:40

tool. I'm not telling you to make people scared or make them sad.

Basically, making them understand that you understand their being scared and them being sad. If you can connect with them like that, then they will listen to you more and they'll listen to you more about a product that might help them.

Again, hopefully you're doing this morally and ethically in a way that they

13:57

actually would connect to the product because you're talking about good products and you're not lying about them. Okay, so the different types of approach to sales, be relatable, you can sell the sale, and you can do skits.

There's a few different styles, but for the most part, this is the big three. Being relatable is just us.

It's a

14:13

personal brand. It's people connecting to us and they're buying from us because we are connecting with them.

They like us or they like our opinion or what have you. Number two, selling the sale.

This thing is on sale right now for 45% off and they only have it going for another four hours. Get it now.

That's another

14:28

type of video. You'll also be heard it called as bottom of funnel very often.

Next is skits. Essentially, it feels like a fly on the wall.

It feels like people don't know if is this uh like planned out or is this real. It's a style of video that will always be viral online.

It has been since the beginning of social media and it will continue to

14:44

be because it's easy to watch. It doesn't feel like someone's talking at you.

It feels like you're watching real life happen. So, why are your videos getting views but not making sales?

Let's talk about it. Number one, the audience hasn't been targeted correctly.

Number two, it's not obvious to the viewers that they can get the product. Essentially, we didn't do a call to

15:00

action. Number three, the hook was strong, but the transition into that product wasn't.

I see this very often on hooks where people want to watch because of what's going on in the skit is really really good, but they don't ever really transition into the product well. So then no one even understands that this was a skit about a product.

Number four,

15:16

the product just wasn't the right fit for the audience. It could be because Tik Tok didn't push it out to the right audience.

It could be because we the way we spoke or showed off the product wasn't good. But these are the four reasons really on average that the videos aren't making sales.

Maybe you're getting views, but they're just not converting. So, what to do after you

15:32

make your first sale as a Tik Tok shop affiliate? Okay, so first of all, you just made your first sale.

So, congrats. That is the hardest part and it is done.

If you're coming back to watch this the second time because you remembered all the stuff I said and you're like, he's I remember him talking about what to do after the first sale. Congratulations.

Drop that down in the comments. I'm

15:48

super proud of you. You are on your way to making this be something so amazing for yourself.

So, here's what to do to make sure that this is the first of many sales and not a one- hit wonder, made one sale, and that's it. Step one, we're going to analyze our performance.

You

16:03

know, we're going to analyze what worked in that video. What was it?

Do we think it was the way that we spoke in the beginning? Do we think it was how we made the video?

Do you think it was because the product was on a sale? What do we think made the video go viral?

Number two, we're going to double down on that. We're going to make more and more and more videos like that, changing

16:19

one little bit at a time. Test a different hook.

Test a different call to action. test uh talking about the sale or not talking about it.

We want to find the actual piece that made it take off. So, if your video got 50,000 views and made a few sales, we want to figure out how do we turn that into 500,000 views or 5 million views and get real sales

16:36

going. And we do that by tweaking little things because now we know the product can sell.

We know that people are interested in it. We know that we can talk about it in a way that gets it to sell, but we need to really dial it in on what's that most potent point that makes people listen to us.

Number three, we're going to improve our content. We're always constantly aiming to get

16:51

better as a creator, better quality, whether that's video and audio quality or the actual quality of how we speak on camera, how we come across on camera. We're always going to be trying to get better and better and better.

And number four, staying consistent. I know it's cliche, but consistency is legitimately

17:07

the key when it comes to Tik Tok. It is the main thing Tik Tok cares about.

And if you're in any of these Tik Tok meetings with reps or people on the algorithm side, everything that you'll hear over and over and over again is consistency, consistency, consistency. That's what they want.

So, let's talk a little bit about how to make money live

17:22

streaming as a top affiliate because it is one of the most lucrative spaces right now. You see, in China, I think they do 70 or 80% of their income on Tik Tok shop through live streaming, and that is where they want it to be in the US.

So, Tik Tok is pushing live streams like crazy right now. So, if you're

17:39

willing to do live streams, which most people get scared of them, but don't let them scare you. Just understand they are doing so well right now.

It is very common for me to hear people say, "I can make a lot of money on lives, but I can't make money on videos yet." Because videos, you have to consistently go viral over and over again. You have to figure out how that virality process

17:54

works. How to always understand the changing landscape of social media.

With lives, you get on, you talk about a good product, and you read a script over and over and over. You read a threeinut script for 90 minutes.

You're not talking to the same person for 90 minutes about one product. You're talking to a new person every three

18:10

minutes about that product for 90 minutes. And if you understand that, you can go really, really far in the live streaming space.

So, what we're going to want to do is stay live for at least 90 minutes. We're going to use a prep sheet or basically a loose script.

You can even follow a script completely if you can do it without sounding like you're reading. The next we're going to keep

18:26

the energy up and the pacing tight. What we don't want to do is say, "Okay, everybody join in.

Um, if you have any questions, ask them. Um, I'm here to answer them for Don't do that.

Speak how I'm speaking now. Be engaging.

Talk completely about the product. It's not uncommon for you to have kind of a sore throat after your first day.

You'll get

18:42

used to it, but have a drink with you. Sit back, relax, and just keep talking about the product.

The next, hold the product, show the product, use the product. Tik Tok can give you violations if you're not showing the product and you're not using it.

So, make sure you have it in your hands. You're showing it.

You're explaining it. You're explaining what this product is, why

18:57

it's good, and the deals that are going on. Next, avoid distractions.

Get rid of your phone. Don't have your phone there.

The only thing you should be focused on is the live stream and your chat. Next, test repeating the same product across multiple lives.

Ideally, you're doing the same product for about two weeks to give Tik Tok the chance to understand what product you're talking about. And

19:13

again, that's where product selection comes in a lot more. We want to make sure that we're picking good products.

So, how can you set up your first Tik Tok live? One, we're going to create a plan and we're going to be prepared going into that live.

You see, Lee made $1,000 in one day by lunch by going live using this exact three-step plan that

19:28

I'm about to show you. You can see that screenshot there of him saying, "Live streaming has changed my life.

$1,000 by lunch on a Saturday and now it's family time. It finally started to face lives.

So, if I can do it, you can do it, too. And in one day, early in the morning, made $1,000 that day.

So, here's the

19:44

three-step plan. One, product selection.

Choose a product to go live with, and you can follow that same step that I used before, teaching you how to find good products. Step two, scripting.

Understand why people buy the product and note down key selling points. What are the pain points?

We need two or three of them that we can talk about.

20:00

What are the things that we can show on the product easily? Write those down.

Number three, a visual setup. Make sure the product is the main focus.

There's good lighting, good audio, and keep it simple. You don't need to use a fancy microphone.

You don't need to use a million-doll light. Stand so that a window is what's lighting you up.

Please

20:16

don't put the window behind you. Cameras do a terrible job.

If you're standing like this and the windows behind you, turn the other way so the window is what's lighting you directly. You can do the same thing with the product.

You'll have great lighting. Use your phone's microphone.

And as long as you don't have a bunch of distracting stuff going on around you, you'll be good to go.

20:32

That is all you need. So, here's the myths and the realistic expectations.

Myths, you need to go viral to be successful. Two, negative comments kill sales.

And three, you need to be original and create neverbeforseening content. These just aren't true.

You do not need to go viral to be successful. I know a lot of people who their average

20:48

views is about 1 to 3,000. But I know some of those people posting 20 videos a day, which might sound crazy, but you saw us make one in less than a minute and a half.

So, 20 videos a day, what? That's less than an hour of recording.

They do that and because they get so many views over them constantly getting a few thousand, they make very, very

21:04

good money. Now, number two, negative comments kill sales.

This is the opposite of true. Viral, viral, viral videos never happen without massive amounts of what we call troll comments.

It's just bound to happen. So, don't let it get to you.

If you don't have the thickest skin and they really start to

21:19

bother you, just don't read your comments. Turn off the notifications for them.

And block out any keywords that really hit you. If there's certain words that really just let you're like I, you know, it's toxic for me mentally, block those keywords on the back end of Tik Tok.

But understand that people just trolling you is how the internet works. Unfortunately, it is what it is.

But it

21:35

makes videos blow up because then people start arguing in the comments, which tells Tik Tok people are engaging and it keeps moving from there. Number three, you need to be original and create never-before-seen content.

No, Tik Tok has always been a platform based around taking inspiration from people and remaking their videos. That is legitimately what Tik Tok is.

And that

21:52

is the power of Tik Tok Shop affiliate is I hope you take my videos and make your own versions. Obviously, if you steal them word for word or download my video and post it, one, you'll probably get a bunch of violations to get your account deleted.

But two, yeah, then you're just stealing content. But if you took my idea and you basically made the same video in your own style, I would be

22:08

stoked for that. I've had people make videos using my content make more money than me off that video.

I don't get mad. I'm super stoked because that just goes to show there's more than enough money for all of us.

there's enough for all of us to eat and we can all be teaching each other what trends are working so we can all hit them hard as they go along.

22:23

Imagine only one person being able to hit a trend at a time. That would suck.

You would have essentially no chance. But because we can all share this and all share the trends that are happening and all attack them at the same time, we all have the chance to be able to really develop and do well in this space.

Okay, the expectations expect to fail. It's

22:39

super normal. Even if you've been doing this for a long time, but especially at the beginning, the ratio will get less.

So, say for example, at first you make a 50 videos, 49 of them suck, one of them's good. That's common.

But as you get better and better and better, eventually you'll make 50 videos and 40 of them are pretty good. Nine of them are really good and one of them is

22:55

really bad, right? That's kind of the ratio and how it's going to change over time.

So, expect to fail. Kind of learn to like the failure because that means you're growing and you're trying, right?

Two, you could be one product away from finding a winner. Don't give up.

If I would have just not made a video about this screen right here over the past week, I would have been $1,000 less rich

23:13

or whatever you want to call it, I would have not made that money. But because I'm trying so many different products, I'm not saying, "No, I sold microphones.

That's all I'm going to sell." I keep trying to find good products that I think will connect to my audience. I found one and that's what it is.

Number three, the more effort you put in, the more that you will get out of it. And so, you should just stay consistent.

And

23:29

this is the biggest piece. Don't think that you're too old.

Don't think that you're too young, you're too skinny, you're too fat, you're too this, you're too that, you're not too anything. Just make the videos, try to make them 1% better every time.

And understand that this might be a long process. It might take a little bit to try to figure it out, but it is there.

You know how to do

23:44

it. And if it's something that seems like you'd want to do it, you like the idea of making videos.

Don't let this idea of like it might not happen get in the way because it is the biggest boom in the entire internet that I've ever seen. It feels like when I missed out on posting in YouTube in like 2011 or

24:01

whatever it was because I thought it's already too saturated. There's already so many creators.

Like this is the new thing going on right now. And it is never been easier because Tik Tok is incentivized to get these videos to do well themselves because Tik Tok wants to compete with Amazon.

So there's a bunch of natural emphasis. There's a bunch of

24:17

natural marketing from Tik Tok itself pushing this through. Honestly, the hardest part is just starting.

Every single piece after that gets easier. Making the first video.

If I were you right now as you're watching this, I would hold up your phone. I would click record on that camera and I would just hit record just like I did now.

And I

24:33

would just start talking to myself and say, "This is my first video day one. I'm going to show you guys how I do this." I would start making videos right away.

Any average person can succeed as a Tik Tok shop affiliate if they consistently refine their craft. Mr.

Beast, who just became the first

24:49

billionaire under 30 who didn't inherit his wealth, started off making Minecraft videos on YouTube. He did not know what he was doing.

He made terrible, garbage, bad videos and became the greatest creator of all time that we've seen on YouTube. You can do maybe not the same

25:04

as Mr. Beast, but you too can consistently get better and better and better and better.

And maybe you could be the Mr. Beast of Tik Tok shop affiliate and be the next person that changes your life like the people that we talked about earlier.

Now, I literally was just an average Fortnite streamer. I ran a music studio.

I did

25:21

wedding films and music videos. Like I was just a normal guy trying everything I could to keep my family afloat above water.

And so I didn't know how to make money. I didn't know what I was doing.

I was trying everything I could and nothing worked. I failed always.

So if I can do this, you can do it, too. I made over $6,000

25:38

from my first video as a Tik Tok shop affiliate. And I did it by accident.

I didn't even know what Tik Tok affiliate was. I just was streaming and was sick of my friend's terrible microphone.

And here are my payment statements or whatever. So you can see like the money as it was coming in on a day-to-day basis.

It was crazy. And this can happen

25:53

for you, too. So, fast forward to now.

I made $40,000 in a single month on Tik Tok Shop affiliate, more than I used to make in an entire year. Even running my businesses, I never made that type of profit.

All the money I ever made always had to go into the business itself to keep it afloat. There's so much overhead

26:09

that goes into typical businesses where this I have a phone, I have Tik Tok, I had it for free before all this stuff anyway. There was no overhead other than occasionally I buy some products because I think it could do well.

I know I'm I sound riled up and I sound excited, but it's because this genuinely changed my life. And I know it can change your

26:25

guys', too. You just have to be willing to get out of your way and talk about products on an app that's free on a device you already have in your pocket.

This opportunity is too good not to show other people. So, I applied the skills I learned and I helped my wife Victoria learn Tik Tok Shop affiliate as well.

And now, fast forward 6 months later,

26:40

she's gotten millions of views and made more than she's ever expected as well. And now she finally feels like she found a space where she can be herself and make videos that she wants to make.

And not only has it given me financial freedom, but also way more time freedom to do the things that I love. You see, thanks to Tik Tok Shop affiliate, I'm able to work on my time schedule and

26:57

actually have a balanced life. I'm able to spend time making music again like I did for so long before I got bogged down by the corporate world job side of things.

Thanks to Tik Tok Shop affiliate, I'm able to most importantly do work that I actually enjoy, something that doesn't feel like a job to me,

27:13

something that scratches that creative itch, and something that lets me be me while providing for my family and actually being able to spend time with my family. So, if you've watched this far into the video, you're clearly somewhat interested in becoming a Tik Tok shop affiliate.

And I don't blame you because this is the easiest money that you'll ever make. And just in case

27:29

you don't believe me, not only has it changed my life, but also Vampiro, who's made $29,000 since joining Social Army's Tik Tok affiliate community. If you need to pause and read his post here, please do.

This is amazing. It is so inspirational that he just got the news that he's going to be a dad, got

27:44

panicked thinking about how he's going to provide for his baby, and ended up making $29,000. Or Snaggy, who made almost $700 in a day within just 6 weeks after joining.

Then there's Christian who's made over $80,000 being in his 20s after applying the teachings from the social army

28:01

community. You can see he says, "I traveled to Mexico City, took a fully paid trip thanks to TikTok, taking dad on a Father's Day trip.

Still incredibly grateful and don't know how this is real. Made a grand yesterday with zero work, and so far closed $4,500 the last three days in retainers.

I wouldn't

28:16

change anything thanks to Social Army, and I would do it all over again." Amber Victoria has made $115,000 just last month. She wrote $114,000 in commission, $43,000 in brand deals, still working my full-time job, but I've shifted my perspective on life,

28:32

traveling more with my kids, and forever grateful. There's Fran Fran here, whose family lost an income and made $13,000 last month.

She said, "My husband lost his federal job May 1st. I want to say we will be okay.

Thank you, Social Army, and my backup account is no longer just a backup." Amanda, who made $4.4,000 in

28:49

a single week, she said, "Last seven days have been pretty good to me." and posted a screenshot of her making $4.4,000 in a week. Janelle, who made $14,000 last month.

These are real numbers, guys. Look at this.

Thank you. Posting as a reminder to everyone, do not give

29:05

up. Posting as a reminder to me, it's time to crawl out of your hole, stop making excuses, and get back to work.

I've said, and we'll continue to say it, Social Army is the table to get a seat at, but when you take the seat, be ready to learn and work hard. Like, what even is my life right now?

and a screenshot

29:20

of Tik Tok shop sending her $14,758.97. Or all of these members making $5,000 or more a month while working a full-time job.

All of these people were once in a similar position to you and to me, lost,

29:37

confused about what they want to do, and apprehensive on whether joining Social Army's Tik Tok Shop affiliate program would work specifically for them or not. And I'm proud to say that every single one of them has made their money back and a whole lot more.

And this could very easily be you. All you have to do

29:53

is one thing. Take action.

Just jump in. Try it out.

Ask yourself the question, "Am I against giving myself this chance, seeing if I could make it work for me, knowing that there is nothing else out there that has no overhead? Nothing else out there that costs zero dollars to get

30:09

into if I want to try with the Tik Tok shop affiliate program? Should I just take action?

Should I give it a chance? And is there a place out there where I can do that?

But what would my advice mean if I didn't use the Social Army community principles myself? I made $200,000 in one year following the exact

30:24

principles that we teach in Social Army. Some months were more, some months were less, but I made way more than I would have ever made in my job or with my businesses, doing Tik Tok shop affiliate, making videos about products that I genuinely enjoy from home on my

cell phone, being able to spend time with my family. With the right mindset and access to the right people, and the ability to put in work on a consistent basis, you have a huge chance to hit that5 to $10,000 a month, maybe even more.

You could be the next success

30:56

story. The 2025 Tik Tok shop economy is worth $ 35 billion and expected to triple by 2030.

Let me repeat that because I don't think you understand how big those numbers are. $35 billion right now expected to triple by 2030.

We are

31:12

still at the very beginning of this. You can dive in and learn it at the very start and be at the start of something big.

But guess what? There's not enough Tik Tok shop affiliates out there to actually satisfy the market's current demand.

Every top affiliate like myself is getting thousands of messages a day

31:28

asking us to review their products to work with them offering brand deals and retainer deals. And there is not enough affiliates in different niches.

Someone that does tech like me should not be making thousands of dollars on videos about a sweatshirt. But that's where we're at because there's not enough creators that know how to make good

31:43

videos. So the brands don't have enough creators to go to.

So, we need more creators who can learn how to make good quality videos so that not only can those brands connect directly to them, but it makes all of us more money, too. Because if there's more creators in more niches, then the brands can offer better deals to the actual creators in those

32:00

specific niches. It makes it so that if a tech brand like this wants to come and work with someone who specializes in tech, it's easier for them to do that and they don't have to offer all of these other creators money that they know won't go anywhere.

They can offer it only to the people who they know. So it will create market impact for them

32:16

and they can offer more money to the people in that niche. So that could be you.

Whether you talk about kitchen products, you talk about homegoods, you want to talk about cleaning supplies, you want to talk about car, automotive, tech, whatever it is, you can do it and we need you in this space. And it means that there's more than enough room for a

32:33

bunch of successful Tik Tok shop creators to market these products. So take action and click the top link in the description of this video if you are serious about changing your life.

very soon the price will be increasing because I don't want this group to become diluted with a bunch of people who aren't willing to actually make it

32:48

happen. So if you want access at the lowest possible price, today is your best bet.

And very soon your ability to ask me questions directly will be gone because there's only one of me. So once we hit a certain number of people, it will be physically impossible for me to reach out to all of you.

A few days from now, this offer might not be there

33:04

anymore. The more you wait, the more money you are potentially losing out on.

It could be you getting paid today. So, if you're not the one who's earning thousands a month from this, there will be someone else who decided to take action instead.

You can either be the action taker who takes action and ends up making $10,000 a month. Or you could

33:21

be the watcher, the person who just watches others succeed, tells to yourself that I'll do it later. I'll start Monday.

I'll figure it out some other time. Maybe when I get a phone, maybe when I get a place, maybe when I this, maybe when I that.

Or you could be the person who just takes action and doesn't look for reasons why you can't. You look for reasons why you can.

That

33:37

choice is yours.
