I'm going to show you how I copied an app that's generating $150,000 per month without writing a single line of code. And the craziest part, I did it by using only two AI tools.

One to build a mobile app with

    00:15

zero knowledge about coding and one more tool to make sure we're actually getting paid users on the app we're going to build. Now, the app POV makes over 150K monthly with a simple concept.

What most don't realize is you don't need coding

    00:32

skills to build one. And their success comes from just one thing.

AI UGC videos, which you can easily create with the tool I'm about to show you. Only this video has millions of views.

And the amount of paid users this brought in

    00:48

for the app will absolutely shock you. And the fun part, nobody noticed that this video is fully AI generated, including the lady that's talking on it.

So, in this video, I'm going to walk you through exactly how I replicated POV's

    01:03

entire app using just one AI tool that almost nobody is talking about. I'll show you one, how to build the entire mobile app without writing any code.

Two, the exact steps the App POV used to get viral and get paid users. And three,

    01:19

how to test your app instantly on your own phone and then share it with friends. No app store required.

I'm not even a developer yet. I created an exact replica of this six-figure app using Ror.

Just describe what you want and minutes later have a working mobile app

    01:35

you can test instantly on your phone with a QR code. But POV success comes from their marketing AI generated UGC content.

With Ards, you create viral ads with super realistic AI actors. I swear

    01:50

I'm not an AI actor. Using simple text prompts, no filming yourself like I am.

Just type what you want and get professional UGC ads that convert. I'll show you POV's ads and then recreate them in minutes, saving thousands in marketing costs.

    And if you thought app

    02:06

businesses require technical skills or big budgets, this video changes everything. Let me show you how.

So, I linked all the tools that we're going to be using today in this video in the description below. So, you can go ahead and check them out.

Please do support the channel. All right, so here's the app.

We're going to be starting with

    02:23

build a basic disposable camera app for events. Guests should be able to take photos without needing to download the app.

Simulate the experience of using a traditional disposable camera. Limited shots, simple interface, and no instant

    02:40

previews. All right, so once that runs, the basic structure shows up.

You'll see a clean main screen and then three tabs down at the bottom, home, camera, and gallery. Now, at this point, something does feel off.

There's an error. But there is a quick fix.

    Just click that

    02:56

fix now button that appears and everything will just snap into place. And from there, all our buttons will eventually work just fine.

So, let's try setting up an event. Let's tap create new event and then fill in the event name, add a little description, and set

    03:12

the shot limit. That last part's a nice touch, too.

So, it keeps things feeling like a real disposable camera where you would only get so many tries. And once that's done, hit create event and it's all saved.

Now, back on the home screen, you'll see the event just sitting there

    03:28

ready to go. Now, if you tap the camera icon here, the app's going to ask for permission to access your camera.

So, please do go ahead and allow it. And from there, you're ready to shoot.

Now, try taking a few pictures yourself, maybe 10, just to test it out. And once

    03:44

that's done, head over to the gallery tab. Now you'll see the list of photos that you took, but here's the cool part.

They're locked. You won't be able to preview them for 24 hours.

Now, that's intentional. It brings back those old school disposable feel vibes where you

    04:00

had to actually wait for your film to develop before you actually see how your shots turned out. Good times.

But hold on. I just want to share a snippet with you of what will actually get users to your app.

All right. So, you see this AI actor?

    He isn't making any interesting

    04:15

movements in order to grab your attention, but check this out. How I made him do a backflip with a simple prompt with just 1 minute of work.

Now, this is a great hook to start an AI UGC video. And this video will be used to go viral on Tik Tok and get users to our

    04:32

app. More about this later in the video.

All right, so now let's simplify the camera screen. Let's go ahead and type in this prompt.

Design a minimal camera UI with a shutter button. No filters, no editing, just capture and submit.

Make it mobile friendly and snappy. So, after

    04:49

our prompt runs, let's head on over to the camera tab again. And you'll see it now looks super straightforward.

Just one big shutter button in the middle. There's no filters, no extra stuff for fluff.

Just tap and take a photo. There's also a new option that shows up after taking a picture.

    Here, you can

    05:07

now retake the photo if you want. It's not really going to do much, but it does give you a second chance if something was off.

So, let's go ahead and take it one step further to the disposable camera feel. Use this as another prompt.

Simulate the look and feel of a real

    05:23

disposable film camera. No filters, simple one-click photo capture, no realtime photo preview.

And once that's loaded, now try pressing the shutter button again. And this time, you'll notice a quick change in the design when the photos get taken.

    Nothing too

    05:38

flashy, just a small subtle effect that gives it that old school touch. Now that the camera is working, it's time to make this usable for groups.

Now, the whole idea of this app is that guests can join an event and then take photos together without needing to install anything on

    05:55

their phone. So, let's go ahead and set it up as a way to share the event with others.

But before we start, I want to share something that I found out about POV and other successful apps like it. They have one thing in common about getting users onto their app.

    They are

    06:12

creating AI UGC videos and posting them on Tik Tok, generating millions of views and getting paid users on their app. Later on in this video, I'm going to be building an AI UGC video with the tool Archads.

And because this app raise went

    06:28

viral with their AI UGC videos and got 40 million views within a short period of time and then went on to $80,000 a month in revenue. Riz with $200,000 a month with over 600 million views and the Hollow app making $1 million a month

    06:45

with 160 million views. So every app that is getting successful today, it's all because of AIUGC videos.

It's a must to use this kind of marketing strategy. And I'm going to show you more in a bit, but let's continue first with building

    07:02

the app. And I'm going to start by typing this prompt.

Allow users to create eventspecific cameras. Each event has a unique link that can be shared with guests to join and take photos.

Okay, so once that's in, go ahead and create a new event. Just name it, add a

    07:19

quick description, set the number of shots, and hit create event. Now, here's the thing, though.

There's no link that shows up just yet. So, right now, there's no real way to invite anyone else to join.

And to fix that, all we'll have to do is type this in next. Each event should have a unique link that can

    07:36

be shared. Finally, that adds a share link button next to the event.

It looks promising, but also when you click it, nothing happens. There's no response at all, and we don't want that.

So, now it's time to call in some help. And all we got to do is hit the send to AI button, and then let Roorg try to sort

    07:53

it out. itself and still no luck.

So, let's try this instead. When a user clicks the share button, the app should generate a unique link to share with guests to join and take photos.

And even after that, the share button might still not work. So, we'll just go back again

    08:08

and type in the share link buttons are not working. And finally, that should trigger a new alert.

Click the fix now button that appears. And after that fix, things do start coming together.

So now we'll try going ahead and creating another event. And now you'll see two

    08:24

options. There's a sharable event code and there's also a button to copy a unique link.

And from the main page, you can tap the share link icon, too. Finally, it now generates an actual clickable link you can send off to your guests.

And once they open it, they can

    08:39

start taking photos for that event just like you. Now, earlier the share button was only sending out a code, which wasn't super helpful really.

So to fix that, we'll just type the share event button should have a unique sharable link, not just a code. And that is the

    08:56

final piece. So now whether you're creating a new event or going back to an old one, you can still get a real link can copy that you can share and then start collecting photos from everyone in one place.

Earlier we talked about how the gallery shows the photos but then

    09:12

keeps them blocked for 24 hours, right? And this is where that delay kicks in and becomes part of the actual flow, the part of the experience.

So to set that up, all we'll do is type implement a delay on photo visibility, similar to waiting for film development. And once

    09:28

that active, you can still take photos as usual, but nothing shows up in the preview right away. The images are there.

They're saved in the gallery, but you won't be able to view them until the timer runs out. And we're so close to the finish line.

    Just a few more touches

    09:44

and then I'll be testing the app right here on my own phone. And trust me, you're going to want to see this next part because it's the AI powered UGC tool that's built to attract paying customers.

I'm seriously hyped to show you as many trending apps in the app

    10:00

store are actually using this tool to get their first users very quickly. All right, so next, let's make sure users don't just spam the shutter button.

Let's type this prompt. Limit the number of shots per event camera to mimic the constraints of real disposable cameras.

    10:17

Show a counter of remaining shots. And there you go.

Each event now, as you can see, has a shot limit. And when you start taking photos, you'll see a counter that goes down with every click.

Okay. So, up until now, our photos have been locked by default.

    But let's say,

    10:33

what if we could control when they get revealed? Instead of sticking to a fixed delay, we can let each event decide how long guests need to wait.

And to set that up, all we do is type in this prompt. Add a timing feature per camera or event.

    Photos become viewable after a

    10:50

set period or event ends. And after a specific delay, all the photos become available to view in a shared gallery.

Once that part is live, any photo taken gets stored like usual, but stays hidden until that timer runs out. And when you're creating a new event, for

    11:06

example, there's now a spot to choose for how long that delay should be. Finally, it's time to give this app some structure.

Because right now, anyone can just jump in and take photos. We need a way for our users to log in to join events properly and maybe even manage

    11:22

their own galleries. That's where Superbase comes in.

So, we'll type this into ROR. Set up Superbase for user authentication.

But before anything happens, we do have to hook Superbase into the project first. So look up at the top right, hit integrations, then

    11:38

open up the backend tab, and click enable. And almost instantly, a critical error pops up.

But don't worry, it's all part of the process. We'll just click fix now, and then we'll let ROR take care of it.

Now go to Superbase and start a new project. Let's fill in the

    11:53

basics. And once we're in, we'll scroll to project overview, find the public API key, and copy that.

And now back in ROR, we'll paste that key with this prompt. Here's the superbase anon API key.

And once that's set, ROR should respond with

    12:09

something like these changes should resolve the Superbase URL is required error you were encountering. That's a good sign.

Now, type the follow-up prompt. Add user authentication.

We'll just give it a second. And now we've got a fullon sign-in system.

    Our users can

    12:27

register, they can log in, they can view their profile. All the basics are there.

And if anything glitches here, we'll just hit send to AI, and it'll try to clean things up on its own. So, let's go ahead and give it a try.

Let's create an account, click sign up, and we'll see a message telling us to confirm our email.

    12:43

But for the sake of this walkthrough, though, let's just go ahead and skip that step for now. We'll head into Superbase, open up authentication, then go to sign in.

Sign up. Scroll down to the email section and turn off confirm email.

Then hit save. And now let's go ahead and try signing up again.

    This

    12:59

time we're in right away. And now we've got access to our profile where we can change our email, we can update our password, all that good stuff.

Before showing the app on my phone, I just have to share that it's possible to implement AI features within the app, just like

    13:15

this app. calorie tracker for vegans.

So, we'll just make a photo of our meal and the AI will analyze it to tell us how many calories it contains. There are so many more AI apps you can build in ROR.

I link those eight ideas in the description below, so you can go ahead

    13:31

and check them all out. All right, now comes the fun part, trying it out on your actual phone.

And you don't have to go to the app store to share the app with friends. Ror is the only platform that allows you to share apps so easily.

All you have to do is just go to the top

    13:47

of the website and click publish and share this link with them. All right, so now comes the fun part.

You know, seeing the fruits of our labor by trying it out on our actual phones. So, here's what you do.

Grab your iPhone or your Android phone, open up your camera, and then

    14:02

scan the Expo Go QR code you see on the screen. And if you don't have the Expo Go app yet, please do go ahead and download it.

It is free and you'll need it to open the app preview. Once that's installed, go on your laptop, click the button that says done.

    I have the Expo

    14:19

Go app. That'll generate a brand new QR code that connects directly to your project.

All right, so now point your phone camera at that new code. Now, you might hit a small error here, and that's totally normal.

If anything pops up on either screen, all you have to do is

    14:35

just go back to your laptop and click send AI. ROR will take care of the fix behind the scenes.

Once that's all sorted, the app now opens up on your phone and ta, it's live. You can start by creating an account, snapping a few test photos, and you know, just getting

    14:51

a good feel for how everything flows in the app. And here's the cool part.

You can send it to your friends, too. All you got to do is just share the same link or QR code, and they, too, will be able to open it up on their phones and start taking photos right alongside you.

    15:08

There are no installs, no hassles. It just works.

Now, ROR also makes it very simple for people that want to upload the app in test flight with four easy steps. Just let me know in the comment section below if you want to know exactly what you need to do so I can go

    15:24

ahead and respond to you. All right, so we had a lot of fun building the app and seeing it all work instantaneously.

But now it's time to create something that actually gets users on the app, an AI generated UGC video. Now, these are the kinds of shorts and casual clips that

    15:40

look like real testimonials, and they are exactly what help apps like POV explode on Tik Tok. So, for this, we're going to use a tool called Arcads, which makes it incredibly easy to generate influencer style videos without needing

    15:56

the actual actor or influencer, a camera, or even your own voice. So, check out the link in the description below to know more about Arcads.

And all right, so to start, we'll take a script from one of POV's viral Tik Toks. All I got to do is just copy and paste the

    16:11

link in talk script. Now we have the script ready to be brought over to Archads.

Arcads also supports 35 different languages. So if you're planning to localize your ad, for example, for international audiences, that part's already built in.

    So next,

    16:27

click add actors. This is where we get to choose the face of the video.

Now, there are 150 plus diverse AI actors to choose from. And for this one, I'm selecting Ella.

Now, the platform lets you filter by gender, age, skin tone,

    16:42

and even by scenario or accessories. There's also an option to add multiple actors to the same script if you, you know, want to test some variations or create a more dynamic ad.

And after selecting the actor, I am going to preview how the voice sounds. And from

    16:58

there, I can tweak the delivery. I can adjust the speed, the tone, and how closely it actually resembles the reference voice.

Once everything is set, I can now hit generate video. And after a few minutes, just a few, the AI generated content is ready to go.

    Now,

    17:13

we can preview the final video. And it already looks like a very polished Tik Tok style testimonial.

To download it, I'll just simply click the download button. Then, I'll bring the video into an editor like Cap Cut, and that's where I can add captions.

    I can adjust the

    17:30

pacing and a few B-roll clips even to give it that scroll stopping effect. And this is the result so far.

Check it out. Everyone is going crazy over this bride's unconventional wedding rather than paying the venue's expensive catering fee.

But there's one more feature I want to show you. This one

    17:46

adds a whole new level of realism to your UGC. So, we're going to make our AI actor actually hold a product on screen.

And I use Sora to make this possible. So, take a look at our AI actor holding a phone.

She said she used an app called

    18:02

disposable camera to make it all happen. It's crazy, right?

You can add any product to your AI actor. So, the possibilities are insane.

Now, if you want to know more about how I did this, I linked a Twitter post about it in the description below. But that's not all.

    18:18

The reason apps are going viral on Tik Tok is not because they have just one account and posting just one video a week. No, they have multiple accounts and are posting daily.

This Bible chat has eight accounts with a total of 190

    18:34

million views and is making $200,000 a month. Penu gains 72 million views over 12 accounts making $90,000 a month.

And TurboLearn shocked me because they have over 36 accounts with over 200 million

    18:49

views and they're making 100K a month. I analyzed their videos and the interesting part is that they're posting the same script.

Yes, the same script on each account and the difference is they're using different AI actors. In order to create videos in bulk, add a

    19:05

script you would just like to use. And for this one, I'm going to use a short script to showcase it.

And this is also a viral hook the app POV is using right now. So now on the bottom, you can add actors.

And Arcads has enough AI actors you can choose from. But the important

    19:21

part here is to only select the ones that actually match and resonate with your audience. As our app is more interesting for women to use, I'm just going to be selecting females.

The background setting and the accessories the actors are using also help make it

    19:37

feel more natural and realistic, and this will help make sure that people won't doubt its AI. Talia, for example, is a very good one to use because she looks raw and more authentic.

Now, on the side, you can filter to find actors that fit your audience. For me, I'm

    19:53

going to select young adults because as they are the ones more likely to get married compared to a senior or a young kid, right? And there's so many options you can choose from.

It's even possible to use actors that are literally walking and even in an interview scenario. Now,

    20:10

for myself, I am just adding 10 actors, which will create 10 videos for me. But before submitting, we can already test what that sound will be like.

All we have to do is simply click on one of the actors and play the sound. It will play the script we've already added.

    And

    20:25

well, if we don't like the voice, all we have to do is just simply select another voice and test it right away. And once ready, we click on submit.

And it will take a couple of seconds to do a quick check. But hey, as you can see, we get an error.

It looks like one of our actors doesn't allow for certain topics

    20:43

to be generated. And that's completely fine because we have to keep in mind that the AI actors on Archads are real people that allow themselves to be used for their face and their voice.

Now, it's generating and after a couple of minutes, we have nine videos ready to

    20:59

go. So, let's go ahead and take a look and see how good it is.

Going crazy over this bride's unconventional wedding. expensive catering fees.

She simply ordered a bunch of pizzas. But what if you wanted to create your own actor?

Well, let me show you how I created my

    21:14

own bride actor just like this in only a few minutes. Hey, you.

Welcome to Arat. And you only need an image to make this work.

I generated an image through Chad GPT. And once that's ready, we click on add actor and go to new AI actor.

    Here

    21:31

they're asking to describe the emotion the actor should have, including the movements. And I asked ChatGpt to describe it for me.

And then I simply uploaded the image Chat GPT created for me. Now continue to turn it into a

    21:47

talking actor. And we just select the voice that we like.

And I'm going to go for Abby. And after a few minutes, you're able to see how the image turned into a video with movement.

And I got to say, I really am surprised about how

    22:02

good this looks. Now, we can start with lip syncing.

And this can take a couple of hours, but once that's finished, we can add a script and create the first video. And this this right here is the result.

It's pretty good. Everyone is going crazy over this bride's unconventional wedding.

    Rather than

    22:19

paying the venue's expensive catering fees, she simply ordered a bunch of pizzas. For the people that are sharp and actually notice, there is a drop down at the talking actors button.

There's also a feature called gesture. And because of this feature, we can

    22:34

create super viral hooks. And let me show you what this actually does.

So, you see this normal guy talking to the camera? Well, with the gesture feature, I can make him do a backflip just like this.

    22:51

and I only prompted make him do a backflip and our cats did all the work for me. Now, let's do one together.

So, we'll switch from talking actors to gestures. Select an actor you would like to use.

And for me, I'm going to go for this lady because I think for a video,

    23:08

it's good to have a shot to see her cry of joyus. So, that's also what I'm going to prompt.

Make the actor cry of joyus. Within just 1 minute, we already have the video ready to go.

And check this out. This is the result.

    And it's

    23:23

insane. You can see that our CADs even added tears and it looks super realistic.

The tears are also dripping from her face, which makes it even more real. And using this feature is so important to create a good hook to grab

    23:38

people's attention. And let's say you had some credits left, right?

Maybe you want to make some extra money by promoting products on Tik Tok. This account is making videos with AI actors and only this single video has made over
