Can I show you five AI businesses that are earning people $10,000 per month, $30,000 per month, and even over $80,000 per month? And can I show you the exact tools and prompts that you can use so that you can try these two?
Well, that's
00:15
the challenge I've set myself today. And I am excited to be making this video today because I think you're going to be surprised at what we're able to create using just a few simple AI prompts.
Yep. So then let's get started with the first business, AI language lessons.
Yes, it's
00:31
kind of crazy, but people are earning thousands of dollars every month by using AI to generate language lessons they upload to YouTube. And while different types of language lessons seem to be doing well, probably the most popular right now is AI podcasts.
Like you take this AI channel here that is
00:47
just seven months old that focuses on the English language niche that creates podcast lessons such as this video which has had over 2.7 million views in just 2 months. People like it because it's a fun and easy way to listen to
01:03
conversational English. And because they like it, despite being so new, this channel is getting over 4 million views every month.
And check out this podcast lesson channel here. This one is even newer.
It's just 5 months old as of me filming this video, but look, they are
01:19
already getting 3 to 4 million views per month, maintaining their momentum even after their explosive growth. So much so that if you add up their total views, it comes out to over 20 million long- form views.
That's insane, especially when you consider that once you hit YouTube's
01:35
monetization requirements, which these channels did super fast, you can monetize videos. How much us creators are paid changes video to video, but the average payout is $3 to $8 per 1,000 views.
Which means we can estimate that this channel has earned up to $160,000,
01:53
which is on average over $32,000 a month. Wow.
And you think about it, in the past, it would have been very expensive to create a podcast business. Either you would have had to have spent thousands of dollars on podcast equipment to record yourself, or you'd
02:09
have had to have paid professional hosts $200 to $500 per episode. But now, using this angle tool workflow, we can create episodes for as low as $2.50.
And let me show you how. So, first up is Wondercraft.
This is, in my opinion, the
02:24
best tool right now for generating cheap AI podcasts, especially since they updated their model recently, making it sound even more natural. And here's how to use it.
Come to the studio and create a script and turn on convo mode. Then ask the AI Wander to write your script explaining your podcast details about
02:41
your episodes and your hosts. Then click generate.
Wander will now write a chatty podcast style script. Then once it's done, you can make any tweaks you like.
So for example, you can edit the script or add any lines you want to it. And then once the script is ready, pick your hosts.
Wander will choose some based on
02:57
your prompt, but you can change these if you prefer. Then click the generate button.
And then once it's finished generating, you can then select to export it as an audio file. And that's pretty much it.
And it sounds really great, too. Like here's a quick preview of what we created.
>> We are talking about pets, our animal
03:15
companions. >> Yes, I love this topic.
It's such a universal experience for so many people. And for our listeners, talking about pets is a fantastic way to practice your English.
>> It really is. It's a very common small
03:30
talk subject. If you meet someone new, asking, "Do you have any pets?" is a great way to start a friendly conversation.
>> Pretty cool, right? So, next up, we're going to generate a picture of our podcast hosts.
And honestly, pretty much any AI image generator out there is
03:46
going to be good at doing this. But recently, I've been loving Nano Banana Pro.
This is included inside of Google's AI called Gemini Pro, which you can currently access for free. as Google is giving away 30-day free trials to Gemini Pro right now.
It's a pretty good deal.
04:02
So, yeah, you can sign up for this and then just log into your Gemini Pro account and select Nano Banana Pro and describe what picture of your host you would like it to generate. You can also get it to make any changes you want to it by just telling it what changes that you want.
Then, next, we'll edit our
04:18
video. And because our edits are going to be very simple, you can use pretty much any video editor that you like.
So, if you have one that you like, such as Cap Cut or Adobe's Premiere, you can use that. But if you don't have one, Microsoft's free editor, ClipChamp, works great for basic videos under 30
04:34
minutes, like ours is. Just sign in with a free Microsoft account and click to create a new video.
Then, upload your podcast audio that you made with Wondercraft and put it onto the video timeline. Then, upload your picture of your hosts and place it on your timeline.
By default, it will only show
04:51
for a few seconds. So, put your cursor over the edge of it and drag it on the timeline to match with your audio.
Next, in the audio menu, select captions and click to use them. Clip tabs AI will now add captions.
People can now read along with these as they watch the video. So,
05:06
once you've edited them and got them looking the way that you like, click export and save it. And now you can upload it to YouTube.
And so, you do the math, right? Clip Champ and Nano Banana, they were both free.
And if you use my affiliate link in the description right now, you can sign up for a Wondercraft
05:23
Creator plan and get 50% off your first month. This comes with a,000 credits.
So, you think about it, right? My podcast used 174 credits.
That means I could generate at least five episodes, which works out to be just $2.50 per
05:39
episode. So, yeah, I think it's crazy cheap to start a podcast business now compared to how much it used to cost.
before AI. Okay, then let's now move on to the next business.
UGC AI influencers. Yes, AI creators are now
05:56
generating videos that look like UGC ad videos except they are AI and they make money by either linking to a Shopify store in their bio where the creator is drop shipping the product or by linking to a product in Tik Tok shops affiliate program and then earning commissions from sales. For example, here is a UGC
06:13
AAI influencer account set up less than two weeks ago as of me filming this video advertising all sorts of Christmas themed items. They posted this video here advertising this giant Christmas bow.
All of the traffic came from organic free views from Tik Tok's algorithm. And check it out.
The Tik Tok
06:29
shop estimator, Cal Data, estimates it made over $9,000 in sales on Tik Tok shop. And check out this video here.
This one went even more viral, gaining over 80,000 views in less than two weeks. And check it out.
Kao Data estimates that this video made over
06:45
$12,000 in sales. Wow, that's over $21,000 in sales in less than two weeks from just two videos.
When I saw this, it blew my mind. So, here is the cheapest AI workflow that I could come up with to use to recreate this business.
So, first up in our workflow
07:02
is that AI image generation we used earlier, Google's Nano Banana Pro. We'll use this to create an AI image of an influencer holding or using our product and then we will animate it.
And by the way, just a quick reminder, don't forget that Google is currently giving out a
07:17
free 30-day trial for their AI chatbot Gemini Pro, which is how you access Nano Banana. But yes, it's simple to use.
Just find a picture from the supplier you're promoting, either from Tik Tok shop or AliExpress, and find a photo that they've taken of a model actually
07:32
using their product. Then come back to Nano Banana and upload this picture so that Nano Banana can use it as a reference for how the product looks and what the scale of it should be relative to the person in the picture and get it to generate pictures for you.
And then once it's created a picture that you
07:47
like, download it. Then next, we can animate the picture using one of two tools.
The first is VEO3, which is Google's AI video generator, which is included for free in all of Gemini Pro accounts. You just select it, upload the picture that you wanted to animate, and then tell Gemini what you want to happen
08:04
in the video, and within a few minutes, it'll generate a video for you. I think you get three videos a day currently with a pro account, more with Ultra.
However, I know that some of my viewers are based in Europe, and the European AI act means that VEO is not available
08:19
there yet. So, you might want to instead consider this tool, Cling.
This is an amazing AI animator that I believe is available in Europe. You upload a picture and prompt it explaining what the video should do and click generate.
Vo3 would probably be my first choice because it's included for free in
08:35
Gemini, but Cling is still pretty cheap, especially if you sign up using a referral code. I'll include mine in the description.
If you do that, they give you a discount and they give you 50% extra free credits. So you can get 990 credits right now for $6.99,
08:52
which basically means you can generate 19 videos for just 37 per video. Then after that, the next question is this.
How do you monetize these videos? And that's a great question.
And one way that you can do it is you can sign up for Tik Tok shops affiliate program.
09:07
Brands join this and they let creators advertise products that they sell in their videos. If you make a sale from a video, you get a commission.
But there are two things that you need to know. First, you need to have a thousand followers to join.
And secondly, only people living in the USA or these
09:24
countries can join. And sadly, New Zealand is not on the list.
But if you do meet this criteria, that's great for you. You can join.
But if like me here in New Zealand, you don't, then alternatively, you can use AI to help you set up a Shopify drop shipping store
09:39
and monetize it instead by drop shipping products yourself. Drop shipping, if you've never heard of it, is pretty simple.
So, you take this Bluetooth record player here for sale on AliExpress, which has a 1 to two week delivery within the USA. It's selling for about $21 right now.
And it's
09:54
actually quite a popular product on Tik Tok. Lots of UGC videos about it have gone viral.
And well, what you can do is do what I did here and set up a store using Shopify and list it for sale for a markup price. And then each time a customer buys it from you, you can then come to your supplier and buy it for the
10:11
discounted price and get them to ship it to your customer while you get to keep the difference as profit. This is what drop shipping is.
It's when you sell products without having inventory on hand yourself. And the easiest way I know to set up a drop shipping store like this right now is by using an AI
10:28
powered Shopify drop ship store builder, build your store AI. Using this, I was able to set up a store I could then customize for just $2 in less than 10 minutes.
So, I'll have my affiliate link to it in the description. Basically, you just follow the onscreen prompts and the
10:44
AI will streamline the process of setting up a store super quick. It will also help you get a free 3-day trial for Shopify 2, which after the trial ends, currently costs just $1 a month for 3 months.
Then it will add in a popular AI powered drop shipping app, AutoDS, which
11:00
is running a promo right now that lets build your store users sign up for just 99 cents for the first month. This tool orders products on your behalf when customers buy them from you, automating the drop shipping process.
They also have lots of products that they can get for you from places like AliExpress, and
11:17
they can even order that viral Christmas bow. But yeah, I timed it and I was able to set up this store in 10 minutes using Build Your Store AI.
As I said, it's super fast. All right, let's now move on to the next business, Niche AI novels.
And you know, this is a business that I
11:33
find super fascinating because prior to AI, this was extremely hard to do. Yep.
After all, before AI chatbots, writing and publishing a novel would take a very long time. So, most authors in the past had to stick to generic topics that they knew most people already liked and play
11:50
it safe to not risk wasting their time. But now AI makes writing super fast so authors can quickly create niche books aimed at hypers specialized readers and take a risk that can have a huge payoff.
For example, as of me filming this
12:05
video, this romance ebook was released on Amazon Kindle, hyper specialized around the hockey niche. And well, if we take it best sellers rank and pop it into a sales estimator, you'll see it estimates it's selling between 298 to 375 copies per day.
And it's not like
12:22
this author is super famous or anything either. While she has a modest Instagram account, it doesn't get tons of engagement.
So, I suspect most people who bought her book were just random readers that really love niche ice hockey romance stories who found her by
12:38
just browsing through Amazon's latest releases within this extremely niche topic that they enjoy. And we can estimate how much this book is making, too, because it was published independently for free through Amazon's self-publishing service, KDP.
And using this profit calculator, we can estimate
12:54
an ebook like this would earn a commission of $463 per book, which means we can estimate it's making $1,379 to over $1,736 a day. Wow.
But of course, the next question is, how do you create a niche
13:10
AI novel? Well, here is our workflow that I created.
And all the tools have the bonus of being free, too. And the first free tool is this, Perplexity.
Perplexity is an AI powered search engine that gives you three free deep research searches a day. You can use
13:26
this to search the internet for readers of any genre that you'd like to write a book in and get it to identify specific niches that people want more books in. So then once you've used this to pick a specific niche, we can then move on to the next tool, Claude, which is an AI chatbot similar to Chat GPT.
Except
13:43
unlike Chat GPT, which has been trained to prioritize user engagement, Claude has been prioritized to be empathetic. This makes it great at writing.
So you can use this to help you write anything. It can help you brainstorm a book outline, come up with plot twists, and
13:58
even help you write entire chapters of your book. And once you finish writing your book with the help of Claude, you can then turn it into a PDF file and upload it to Kindle Create, Amazon's free software, which automatically converts manuscripts into Kindle ready files.
And as a bonus, you can even use
14:15
our third tool in our workflow, Nano Banana Pro, the AI image generator that we've been using in this video that you can access through Google's chatbot Gemini to create a book cover for you. And seriously, I think you'll be shocked at how good it is at doing this.
So
14:32
then, let's now move on to the next best AI business for this year, which is of course starting an AI print on demand store. Yep.
And I know this AI business can be profitable because, as my longtime subscribers know from my previous case study videos, I run my own
14:48
AI print on demand store that earns me passive income every day. So, obviously, I had to include it in this year's AI business list.
So, here's how I do it. First, I come to market places like Etsy and Amazon, and I find print on demand products that are trending right now,
15:04
such as this t-shirt here. As you can see, this has had over $5,000 sales in the past month, which means we can estimate it's made anywhere from $84,000 to over $101,000 in sales because, well, if you don't know, 67 is a popular Tik
15:20
Tok meme. So, lots of t-shirts featuring it are going viral right now, such as this t-shirt here in the sports niche, which has had over 1,000 sales this month, and this t-shirt here in the Christmas niche, which has had over 3,000 sales this month.
So, then once I
15:35
have a trendy style idea, I then use this AI tool workflow to create new products to sell. And first up is Chat GPT.
I upload screenshots of the product trends that I've found and explain I want to use the same style, but apply it to a new niche. and it helps me
15:51
brainstorm new niches and ways that I can create new designs. Then I come to the AI image generator we've been using in this video, Google's latest Nano Banana Pro, which is of course included in their AI chatbot, Gemini, and I just upload screenshots of the designs that I've found, and explain to it the new
16:08
t-shirt design idea that ChatGpt helped me brainstorm, and I let it generate an image for me. And the really cool thing about Nano Banana is if you want to make any changes, you can just type what you want and it will edit it for you.
Easy. After that, I then take the images Nano
16:24
Banana gives me and enhance them and turn them into a print ready file using this next tool, Canva, which is an AI powered graphics editing app. There are two versions of Canva, a free and pro version.
And to access the AI tools, which we will be using, you will need a pro version. Luckily though, Canva is
16:41
still giving away a huge free 30-day trial to Canva Pro. So, I will include my affiliate link to this in the description of this video.
But yes, I then just come in here and upload the graphic Nano Banana made for me and I make two important edits. One is I use the AI background remover to get rid of
16:58
the color background. And then secondly, I'll go into the editing menu and select the AI image upscaler and upscale the image into as high resolution as possible so it will print sharply and clearly onto my t-shirts that I sell.
And once I'm happy with it, I then just
17:13
export it as a PNG with a transparent background. And then after that, I come to my favorite print on demand apps, Printify and Printull.
These apps have blank products that you can customize and sell like clothes and homeware items. So, I just pick a product that I want to sell and I upload my image onto
17:30
it and then I list it for sale for a market price on an online marketplace. The most popular marketplaces you can list them for sale on are Amazon, eBay or my personal favorite, Etsy.
And Printify and Printull have integrations with all three of them. And then each time a customer buys my product, the app
17:46
will automatically send my order to the print shop, which will print my product, package it up, and ship it out to the customer, while I get to keep the difference as profit. And by the way, since I know that people are often curious about how I advertise and get traffic to my products, I recommend
18:02
watching this tutorial next. I don't have time to go through my strategy in this video, but in this tutorial, I share how I use Perplexity, Chat GPT, and Claude to get free traffic.
Plus, you can also download a copy of my free print on demand ebook. You'll find a link to download my free ebook in the
18:19
video description below. And if you want even more info, I also have a video course called the Ecom Clubhouse, which includes in-depth video tutorials on my tricks I use to sell print on demand products for a profit.
So, I'll also include a link to this in the description. So, then onto the next
18:35
business idea. Choose one AI videos.
Yep, these are super trendy right now. Basically, they are a montage of AI generated clips of strange or cool scenes like different types of crazy beds and they ask you which would you
18:51
choose. People then comment and pick their favorite.
So, you take this video. It was released just last month as of me filming this video.
And it has already gone super viral, getting over 100 million views on Tik Tok. Wow.
And here's the thing, right? Tik Tok has their own monetization program called
19:08
Creative Rewards. And like with YouTube, how much you can earn with it changes from video to video dayto-day.
I looked on X and Reddit, and these days, most creators I saw said that they were earning between 15 cents to a $1 RPM, which means revenue per 1,000 views. And
19:24
so then, if this Tik Tok creator had an average RPM like this, we could estimate that this video made anywhere from $15,000 to over $100,000. Wow, pretty cool, right?
Although do keep in mind that just like with YouTube, the Tik Tok monetization
19:40
program does have criteria that you need to meet before you can join it. Yep.
Firstly, they only monetize videos 1 minute or longer, which is why this creator made sure, but theirs was just over 1 minute. And secondly, you will need to wait until you get a video that
19:55
goes viral enough so that you can meet their minimum follow count before you can start monetizing with them. And thirdly, only these countries can join, which makes me sad.
because my country, New Zealand, is not on that list. But that's actually okay because I've
20:10
noticed that these videos can actually do super well on YouTube. Like this video here, which has had over 9 million views in just 1 month.
And something that's interesting is that we know this creator is in the YouTube partner program because they have super thanks turned on. But yeah, I think it's crazy
20:28
how popular these are right now, especially when you see how quickly videos like this can be made using this simple AI workflow here. So, first up is Chat GPT.
I noticed that videos of crazy staircases like this video here were also going viral, and so I decided to
20:44
make my own version. But I needed help brainstorming ideas for different types of staircases.
So, I asked Chat GPT to help me come up with ideas since I find that out of all of the major AI chat bots, it is the most creative. Then, next up, I came back to Nano Banana, the
20:59
image generator that I've been using in this video, and described to it a scene that Chat GPT helped me brainstorm. And I let it do its magic.
And look, it did a great job. So, then once I had my pictures, I then came back to the Gemini homepage and this time selected to generate a video with VEO3.
and I
21:17
uploaded the image and explained what I wanted the video to do and clicked generate. And again, as I said earlier, if you live in Europe and you can't access VO3, cling is another good option and I'll include a link to it in the description.
But yes, either way, here's
21:32
VO3's video. So, let's give it a watch.
See, isn't it crazy? AI has just changed everything.
And if you'd like to learn
21:49
about even more ways that people are using free AI tools to start online businesses, be sure to watch my next video here on screen. and I will see you in the next
